The beautiful Villa Gloria in Bali, Rethymno, is the ideal destination for a peaceful, relaxed, and enthralling family vacation in Greece. The tranquil location of the holiday villa ensures privacy, yet there are ample holiday attractions within easy reach of the holiday rental property.

This private holiday villa offers a tasteful living area, stylishly furnished with ample seating for guests, a 53-inch smart TV, and a sound system with Bluetooth speakers. In the property the internet speed is 50mbb. In addition, there is air conditioning available to keep guests comfortable.
Villa Gloria is fitted out with a sophisticated, modern kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer, as well as a coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. In addition, there is a mixer, blender, water filter, juicer, and egg machine offered for visitors’ convenience. There is also a cozy dining area with ample seating.
The family holiday villa has 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, with additional bedding to sleep up to 7 guests if required. The bedrooms have private balconies, air conditioning, and a safe for guests to enjoy. There are 2 full bathrooms of which one is ensuite, with 2 towels per guest and a hairdryer. Cleaning service is available once a week and amenities for guests include a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
The inviting outdoor area is host to a private heated swimming pool in a peaceful garden setting, perfect for spending long summer days relaxing with the family. This Crete holiday villa has an extensive outdoor entertainment area, shielded by a large pergola. It contains a gas grill BBQ and a dining area, as well as informal seating and a children’s play area. Additionally, there is a football table for guests’ enjoyment. The Gloria family holiday villa also includes parking space for 2 cars.

Important notice:
-Up to 4 guests only the main floor with 2 bedrooms will be available for you to use. If you will be more than 4 guests, you will be able to use the lower ground floor with the 3rd bedroom and there will be an extra charge per day per person.
-Pool heating is available for an extra charge of €55 per day, not included in the accommodation price, and must be requested at least 2 days in advance. Please note that the temperature of the heated pool goes up to approx. 5 degrees Celsius higher than the ambient air temperature.

Villa Gloria is sited 31 kilometers from Rethymno and approximately 50 kilometers from Heraklion. The family holiday rental is in the bay area of Bali and near many superb Cretan beaches including Livadi (1 km), Bali (1.4 km), Caves beach (2.1 km), Karavostasi beach (2.2 km), and Agios Nikolaos (2.4 km). There is a mini-market and laundry service within 1.5 km of the holiday villa, while a pharmacy and the Bali Medical Center are just 1.2 km away. Trendy local restaurants include Taverna O Katis, the Bamboo Lounge beach bar, Taverna Livadi, and Isla Food & Coffee. The Gloria family vacation villa is 60.2 km from Chania Airport and 36.2 km from Heraklion Airport.

A car is necessary for your transportation. We can also organize a transfer in order to come to the villa and the day after rental cars can be delivered at the property (extra charge)

This is a house and not a hotel, so please treat the property with respect as if it was your own :)
1. You can arrive at your accommodation after 15:00 on the Arrival Date of your holiday and you must leave by 11:00 on the Departure Date. But in any case if you wish to arrive earlier or depart later than the mentioned hours feel free to contact us and we will fulfill your request if the villa is available with no extra cost. If your arrival will be delayed, you must contact us so that alternative arrangements can be made. If you fail to do so you may not be able to gain access to the Property. If you fail to arrive by midday on the day after the Arrival Date and you have not contacted us, we may treat the booking as having been cancelled by you.

2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not enter the property or stay overnight in the property. Any kind of Party for more than the people staying in the property must be informed prior booking the villa, which in some cases it might not be accepted and if accepted extra charge might apply. In case you do so, we can refuse to hand over the Property to you, or can require you to leave. We will treat any of these circumstances as a cancelation of the booking by you and we shall be under no obligation to refund you for any fees already paid to us in those circumstances. Any refund will be at our sole discretion.

3. Every effort has been made to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable holiday. If however, you have any cause for complaint it is important that action is taken as soon as possible. It is essential that you contact us if any problem arises so that it can be speedily resolved. It is often extremely difficult (and sometimes impossible) for us to resolve difficulties properly unless we are promptly notified. In particular, complaints of a transient nature(example: electric power issues, warm water is out etc.) cannot possibly be investigated unless you will let us know as soon as possible whilst you are in residence. Also after staying in the property for 48 hours and we have not received any message or email from you about any broken facilities/amenities in the property, we will hold the guest responsible for any damages caused and must be paid or replaced by the guest on spot.

4. Smoking is Not allowed in the properties so we request all of our guests not to smoke in the properties but to smoke outside on the exterior areas such us by swimming pools, balconies, verandas, patios or terrace

5. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. Cleaning and linnen change is done every 3/4 days.
In case you wish for the villa to be cleaned more often, it’s possible for an extra charge.

6. Hot Tub/bathtub: No children under the age of 5 permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival therefore it may not be warm until later that evening.

7. Pool: The pool is not covered, built to the standards of the Greek Tourism Organization EOT. Parents have full responsibility for supervision of their minor children No children under the age of 12 permitted the pool at any time without adult supervision. When using the pool, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk.
