Hosting two bedrooms, including a king-size with TV and en-suite shower room and a twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and seating area with sofa bed. Outside there is ample off-road parking and an enclosed patio garden with seating, barbecue and a hot tub, as well as shared use of an indoor heated swimming pool. Holly Lodge is perfect for enjoying a refreshing break with loved ones.

The shared swimming pool can be booked for private use a week in advance for half an hour slots ( per property ) , subject to availability, the first half hour is free, and additional half hour slots are charged at £16 for the use of the pool

Be sure to visit nearby Oakham which boasts an impressive 12th century castle and a magnificent 14th-century church, as well as a good selection of pubs, restaurants and shops and a museum where you can learn more about the town.
