Villa City View - Heated Pool - 5 min from centre - Majestic views

The heated pool is included in the price for 7 or more days for March, April, October, November 2025.

The villa has 4 floors.

The Ground floor:
The ground floor is about 140 square meters with a residential garage and a game room. The garage is about 70 square meters, and it can fit 1-2 cars. The game room has a pool table, a football table and a ping pong table. Also, there is a private outdoor parking area for 1-2 cars and. Finally, there is the stairway that leads to the first floor.

First floor:
The inside area is about 150 square meters. Here is the "blue" private / ensuite bathroom and the bedroom with the 3 single beds. Upon request, the 2 single beds can become 1 large king-sized one. Also, there is a fully equipped kitchen. e.g. It has an oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a sandwich maker, a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a washing machine / dryer and everything else you may need. Finally, there is the living / dining room with the marvelous wooden floor that has in-floor heating.
The outside pool area is about 140 square meters with a 40 square meters 1.2 m depth heated pool. Here is also the BBQ with an outside dining and living area.

The second floor:
The second floor is about 150 square meters, and it has 3 bedrooms with 3 private / ensuite bathrooms with different colors - the "white" one, the "gray" one and the "green" one. The 2 bedrooms have king sized beds while the other one 2 single ones and under request they can become a large king sized one. All the bedrooms have a 32 inch smart TV, AC unit and a balcony. One of the bedrooms, it has a library-desk where you can work.

The third floor:
It is about 30 sqm and it features the roof garden room. There you will have a magnificent view of Chania city, mountains, sea and sunset. In the morning, you can enjoy your coffee while at night you can have a glass of wine enjoying the lights of the city.
