Totally renovated (2023), with high quality materials, our two level townhouse is located in the heart of the city, in one of the most iconic squares of the old town. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 ensuite double bedrooms. Our home features a contemporary minimal design with handpicked art pieces & furniture, and boasts a wonderful roof terrace overlooking the city. Air conditioning & heating, wifi, Smart TVs and washer available.
Our home is designed with a streamlined and contemporary design, featuring unique artworks and a carefully curated collection of furnishings, deco and lighting.
Experience pure luxury in our newly renovated home, adorned with top-notch materials. Nestled in the heart of the Venetian Old town, right on the charming Splantzia square, our location is both picturesque and vibrant.
Spanning an impressive 140 sq.m., "On Luxury Chania" ensures absolute comfort and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. As you ascend the entrance stairs, you reach the first floor, which is the heart of our home. This level is home to a spacious living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a welcoming dining area. Additionally, you'll find two ensuite bedrooms on this level, offering privacy and convenience.
As you ascend to the attic level, you'll discover another bedroom with its own bathroom located next to the stairs leading to it. All bedrooms offer bathrooms with showers and TVs. Two out of three bedrooms offer black out curtains. Third bedroom is equipped with shutters.
The attic area opens up to a magnificent roof terrace, featuring sun loungers that invite you to unwind and immerse in relaxation while taking in panoramic views of the city's skyline and the majestic White Mountains in the distance.
Our apartment showcases a sleek and contemporary design, exuding elegance at every turn. You'll be captivated by the unique artworks adorning the walls and the carefully curated collection of furnishings, deco, and lighting throughout the space.

Right at your doorstep, you'll discover a myriad of amenities to cater to your every need during your stay. From bakeries to supermarkets, grocery stores to butchers, and pharmacies to a diverse range of restaurants and cafes, everything you desire is just a stone's throw away.

Conveniently located just across the street from our home, there is a private parking facility available for your use during your stay. The parking facility charges a fee for its services, but it provides a safe and secure place to park your vehicle. Please note that the parking facility is not affiliated with our listing and we cannot guarantee availability or pricing. However, we are happy to provide directions and information on how to access the facility.
In addition, depending on the season, there may be free public parking spots available near or next to our home. Please note that these spots are subject to availability and may not always be available depending on season.
*There is one exterior camera on the kitchen balcony, covering the alley and exterior area of the balcony. The footage is retained for 2 months from the day of recording.
*Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from April to October, the tax is âŹ8 per night, while from November to March, it is âŹ2 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
