a lot of house in a small home. great kitchen, comfy bed, fireplace, good shower, many lamps for reading.Had 14 inches of powder, the owner was on top of shoveling, plowing and snow blowing (several times).
This was such a cute little place, perfect for two adults. We had our 2 dogs with us which made it a little crowded so if you bring dogs, you would be alright with 1 dog in the space. The property was gorgeous! Nice and quite secluded neighborhood. Saw some deer during our visit which was cool!
This was perfect for a solo traveler. It was everything I needed to relax, hike, and get out of town! Surrounded by tall ponderosa pines and a quick jaunt into Flagstaff or out to Snow Bowl. I felt safe and secure in this beautiful little escape!
We stayed in this lovely cabin for four nights while we explored The Grand Canyon and Sedona. It was the perfect spot. Secluded quiet and just the right size for the two of us. We didnât cook any meals but the kitchen seemed well equipped. Highly recommend!
It was very peaceful! The cabin was very enjoyable.
The area was very peaceful. Cabin was clean and modern decorations made me feel comfortable and d welcomed. We had everything we needed for cooking/grilling. So nice to escape the "rat race."
Great stay. Nice place and great area! It is small and I am a bigger person but for anyone under 6â or so no big deal. Very well kept and quiet! Owners next door very respectful of privacy and such⊠would stay again for sure!
My daughter and I were in Flagstaff to visit the Grand Canyon and nearby National Monuments and this cabin made a nice little home base for us. There is now a full-sized fridge and the bed is comfortable, the shower has excellent water pressure and hot water comes quickly. We appreciated the decor and homey touches. I had a medical emergency and received excellent care at the nearby Northern Arizona Healthcare and our hosts were compassionate and helpful. A very nice stay!
Overall it was nice. There were some issues that my husband had as he was staying there for work. 1st he had to CLEAN the coffee Pot before he could se it as it had MOLD in it. The other thing was that the Single part of the Coffee maker didn't work. The other issue was that we were forced to pay for insurance. That should be optional.
While I was there. There was issues with the property not draining properly in the back. Not too big of a deal, but the husband just kept coming back there. Alongside, he would clean at random times. It felt like I didnt have much privacy.
Despite battling illness (some type of flu), my stay at this cozy tiny house was nothing short of magical. The snug interior, tasteful decor, and efficient design created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The real highlight, however, was the stunning scenery surrounding the tiny house. From the sofa, the panoramic views of nature provided a comforting and therapeutic backdrop.
The hosts' thoughtful touches were evident in every detail, from the well-equipped kitchen to the charming patio. Despite my health challenges, the fresh mountain air and soothing sounds of nature offered a healing experience beyond expectation.
This tiny house retreat turned what could have been a difficult time into a rejuvenating escape. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful haven, whether in good health or on the path to recovery. A five-star stay, indeed.
My husband and I live in the big house on the property. We are gone a lot. We love to travel. We also retire fairly early. We have been Married for over 37 years. But we are still young!! We are in our mid 50's. We have a large active family. 5 Grandkids that play on the playset in our back yard.
Ahh, it is affordable, Flexable and has easy access. Private parking. However the best Benefits. It is close to downtown, Snowbowl, hiking trails, You have the place to yourself. It is an easy place to unwind, and get away from the rush of real life.
We love it's quaintness, sitting on the front porch enjoying the quiet of the forest around you. We are just minutes from Snowbowl, Flagstaff Skiing, We also are within Walking distance to the Fort Valley Trail Head, for Mountain Biking, Hiking, Bird watching.
