Stylish townhouse with amazing marina views.
Harbour Views at Silver Strand is a contemporary holiday home set over three floors, with glorious water views from many rooms and its private terrace.
With three spacious bedrooms, all ensuite, it is perfect for friends sharing or a family.
The cafes, restaurants and shops of Sovereign Harbour's Waterfront area are just a few minutes walk, and Eastbourne town centre is just four miles away - a quick drive or a lovely promenade stroll.
This modern Exclusively Eastbourne marina house is a great holiday choice.
Its private terrace overlooks one of the inner waterways, so you can watch the boats sail by as you enjoy an al fresco lunch at the outdoor dining set.
You'll also enjoy great water views from the lounge and two of the bedrooms.
Set over three floors, you'll find one of the large bedrooms on the ground floor. Boasting a kingsize bed and ensuite shower room, this has French doors that open directly on to the terrace.
The first (middle) floor has the living space. The comfortable lounge has a large, L-shaped grey sofa, perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring the local attractions. There is a dining area if you decide to self cater and a separate kitchen is well equipped with hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
The second (top) floor hosts the remaining bedrooms. The master is a kingsize with an ensuite shower room and glorious views over the marina. The other bedroom is set up with two single beds - ideal if you have children who don't want to share and there is an ensuite bathroom with shower over.
One well behaved small to medium adult dog which has been spayed / neutered may be permitted at an additional fee, but please discuss with us before booking as this in on a selective basis and the owner requests more information.
All linen and regular towels are provided (bring your own beach towels). There are off road spaces for two cars and a dog may be considered on a selective basis (supplement applies). WiFi included.
