Welcome to our spacious and newly decorated 2-bedroom maisonette located in vibrant North-West London! With sleeping arrangements for up to 4 people, including children and infants, our accommodation is ideal for families or small groups.
Sleeping arrangements include one double bed and two single beds, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. The flat boasts modern facilities to cater to your every need:

A washing machine is available for your convenience, along with ample storage space.

Hotel-quality bed linen and towels are provided, along with complimentary toiletries for your comfort.
An iron and ironing board are available to keep your clothes crisp and neat.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
A comfortable desk and chair provide a dedicated workspace, complete with electrical outlets.
Convenient amenities such as off licenses, dry cleaners, and supermarkets are nearby.

* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
When booking with us your stay will be protected by a Deposit Guarantee, Guest Guarantee and public liability provided by our risk management partner, Superhog. To benefit from this protection you will be contacted by Superhog directly to verify yourself. Once your booking is confirmed, you can also go via their website, superhog.com, to start the verification.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
