Welcome to Los Arcos, a newly renovated luxury villa situated on a picturesque hillside in Mijas Pueblo. This impressive 2,000 square metre property offers panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and Fuengirola, with glimpses of Africa on clear days. Despite its tranquil location, the villa is just a three-minute walk from the town square, brimming with charming cafés, shops and restaurants.



The exterior area of the villa is a haven of relaxation, with a large heated swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, a barbecue area and cosy terraces. With multiple attractive spots to choose from, finding your favourite place may be the only challenge.



Late Check-In

If you plan to arrive outside standard check-in hours, please let us know in advance. We offer a late check-in with meet & greet so that your arrival is as comfortable and straightforward as possible.



From 20:00 to 00:00: 50 €

From 00:00 onwards: 80 €

Our team will receive you personally and give you the instructions to access the property, so you can settle in comfortably at any time.

We have ecological products for apartment cleaning, which allows us to maintain a clean and comfortable space for you, whilst reducing environmental impact. We want your stay to be as sustainable and pleasant as possible, caring for both the environment and your wellbeing during your visit.



ADDITIONAL RENTAL CONDITIONS AND PROPERTY RULES



Maintenance and Cleaning: The accommodation must be returned in reasonable conditions of order and cleanliness. We reserve the right to apply additional charges, which will be deducted directly from the deposit, in the following cases:



Excessive general dirt on the property.



A considerable amount of unwashed dirty dishes.



Accumulation of rubbish within the accommodation. It is the guest's responsibility to dispose of rubbish in the street containers indicated in the guide before departure.



Irreversible damage to towels and bedding (makeup, creams, chemical products).



Services, Works and Environment: At Mojo Rentals, our priority is that you enjoy a pleasant stay. For this reason, we ensure that we carry out thorough and rigorous cleaning of the property before your arrival to deliver it to you in optimal conditions. However, the guest accepts the following:



We are not responsible if community services (swimming pools, saunas, gyms, etc.) are closed or restricted due to community decisions or legal regulations.



Community Works: We are not responsible for any possible acoustic or visual disturbance caused by maintenance, conservation or renovation works approved by the community that are carried out in common areas (façade painting, works in entrances, garages, gardens, etc.).



External Works and Third Parties: We cannot be held responsible for continuous dirt (such as dust or debris on terraces and external areas) or noise or disturbances caused by construction works, renovations or maintenance carried out outside the property by third parties (adjacent plots, neighbouring properties or public roads). As these are activities outside our control, we have no authority over their schedules or intensity, and their existence will not entitle you to refunds or compensation.
