The open plan kitchen-diner is well-equipped & contemporary, It has a range style electric oven & gas hob, microwave, dishwasher washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and has ample seating for 8 people. French doors lead out onto the patio garden which has rattan furniture and a BBQ.

On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms which both have king-size beds (1 x bed is zip and link - two singles on request), and a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower and bath. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other has a bunkbed.

Towels and linen are provided. A patio houses garden furniture to enjoy alfresco dining and there is plenty of on street parking outside the property. Dogs are welcome on request only and charges apply.

Langleigh Villa is perfectly positioned to explore the North Devon coastline and enjoy numerous North Devon attractions. Clay pigeon shooting, pony trekking, horse riding, segway are all on the doorstep. Ilfracombe’s pretty harbour offers fishing charters and pleasure cruises around the coast or to Lundy Island in the season; voted No.6 in Europe and No. 20 in the world by travellers in 2020, Woolacombe Beach, one of the best in the UK and renowned for its cleanliness, water quality and facilities, is only a 2 miles or a bus ride away.
