Emerald Beach est un vrai complexe de vacances, pas seulement un complexe de condominiums. Il a les meilleurs équipements en PCB. Doté de plusieurs piscines. Une piscine est très familiale avec 2 piscines et bains à remous. 1 piscine est une piscine sans rendez-vous avec un Kids Splash Zone et un snack-bar situé entre les 2 piscines. Il y a un grand bar Tiki près de la grande piscine côté plage et des bains à remous. Starbucks et le Sky Bar sont parfaits pour les adultes.

Les prix indiqués sont déjà des tarifs réduits pour les semaines du samedi au samedi 727-8 / 3 et après le 8/10

1 invité 21 ans), nous louons du samedi au samedi. pendant la mi-mai, les saisons d'été à la mi-octobre. Certaines locations de 3 à 5 nuits et week-end sont disponibles à la fin de l'automne et à la fin du printemps ou pour des réservations occasionnelles de dernière minute. Spacieuse une chambre une salle de bain 15e étage! 6 couchages confortablement avec un lit king size dans le maître, un lit superposé avec 2 lits jumeaux dans le couloir et un canapé-lit gigogne queen size.

Venez vous asseoir sur le balcon et admirer la vue sur l'océan de la magnifique eau vert émeraude du golfe du Mexique, 700 pieds de plage de sable blanc et des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle.

Emerald Beach est situé au cœur de Panama City Beach, à pied des restaurants et des boutiques. Le complexe est très familial. Soyez nos invités dans cette unité familiale et confortable.

Il y a un Starbucks Coffee Shop and Deli, le Sky Bar Cocktail Lounge dans la passerelle au-dessus de la rue depuis les 2 très grands garages. Des bains à remous, un sauna et un hammam sont sur place que vous ne trouverez pas dans d'autres complexes.

Best place my husband and I have stayed in the past 6 years we’ve been coming to PCB

My husband and I stayed for a week and loved the whole condo and all the extra things around the building (like the sky bar and tiki hut, etc.) we both agreed the building is the perfect distance away from the traffic of the pier and loved the fact that we were so close to run away island and sharky’s we avoided the car a couple of days because of it. It was a little confusing at first to figure out how to get to our condo after we walked over the sky bridge but once we found it, it was a breeze to get to our room with how fast their elevators were, we loved how fast they were not having to waste so much time waiting on an elevator everyday but there was one down fall that 2 of the 4 elevators went down at dinner time our last day on Friday, on Memorial Day weekend and it made it a headache to get to and from our room but when an elevator went down they were fairly quick with getting them back up and running so didn’t ruin our trip with it. One other little concern/problem for me at least would be that the door to the bedroom from the bathroom wouldn’t stay open on it’s own so we just kept it closed and went in through the hallway so it was a little annoying but still not something to ruin our vacation! Overall we agreed it was a good little condo for us or even for a family of 4/5 and we plan to try to come back in the future!

Perfect!

First time staying at Emerald Beach Resort, and it did not disappoint! The condo was beautiful, clean, and breathtaking views of the gulf & sunset! The manager was very accommodating. No waiting on elevators & they were right outside our room! Parking was easy access with plenty of carts for luggage. Couldn’t have asked for a better Girl’s Trip getaway! We will be back!

Our first time renting a 1BR condo in PCB and I must say that we were surprised at how big it was. We are a family of five. Kids are 9,7 and 4. We had plenty of room. Room was clean. Resort was nice. We would stay again.

Great property!

Great experience with Emerald Coast. Thorough communication throughout booking and pre-arrival. The location was convenient to shopping, food, grocery, and entertainment. Easy and secure parking. The unit had some cosmetic deficiencies that were easily overlooked. The accompanying beach service was definitely a deciding factor in our site selection. We will definitely be return customers.

Great Location

The location was great! The beaches were clean and Beautiful! The unit wasn’t the cleanest but ok. The resort had a lot of things closed which were not noted when we booked. The biggest negative was the slow elevators and with the condo on the 15th floor, the stairs were not an option. The owners were very responsive.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great spot. The condo itself needs serious updates. Yet the AC was great, the balcony view is beautiful and the pools are very well taken cared of.

Beautiful views, nice complex in need of capital improvements

Beautiful views, nice complex however in need of capital improvements and a women's touch. The unit was very nice would be a 5 however the sliding door did not work properly which made balcony access difficult, a cracked mirror on the closet door. The unit could use a women's touch and with the cost of the rental some capital improvements should be completed. Overall we would stay again! PCB is a great place for family and adult fun.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good price for the rental. Things I would fix: ice maker doesn't work, crack in bedroom mirror, mold on shower ceiling and knob doesn't work properly, two side chairs have issues with their legs so we did not sit in them. Floors and surfaces needed swept and wiped down. Need a broom and dust pan in the unit.

Awesome property but needs a few upgrades in the condo

Amazing view. The Wyndham resort is awesome, right on the beach. It is a great place to stay. The condo needed a few upgrades though. The ice maker didn't work, the TVs kept freezing up or just turning off and you had to unplug it to reset it. The bed was as hard as a brick, all the living room furniture was uncomfortable. The bathroom is small with no counter space or shelves. Bathroom rugs would be a plus. A broom in the condo would be helpful.

Great location but some room issues

A/c worked on and off,mold in the bathroom,tvs didnt work for the first 2 days,and doesnt come with a vaccum. All of that was tolerable but the bed was possibly the hardest and most uncomfortable bed ive ever slept on in my 39 years of life.there were days i could barely walk and had to take tylenol around the clock to be able to function. I almost bought a matress topper just for the stay but tried to tough it out which i dont recommend...buy the matress topper and save yourself the pain!

Great For College Spring Break

The location was amazing for the price. The room is the bare minimum. Nothing is provided. We had to buy our own hand soap, toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, dish soap etc. There is no front desk available to this unit which makes it difficult if a problem does come up. When we first arrived, the only toilet was not working. It was after hours so we had no bathroom for the night and the owners did not get back to us until 9:30 the next morning (their hours open at 8am) and the toilet was finally fixed mid day. Check out is at 9am which seems very early especially because there is no way to check bags. That being said, the room worked great for five college kids on spring break. The view was beautiful. The condo is an easy walk to cute restaurants. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone who just wants a crash pad in between beach visits.

Gorgeous view from balcony, but inside was worn out. I don’t believe the bathroom was shown in photos and when you arrive you’ll see why. Curved shower curtain rod was broken and hanging down. No strainer basket in kitchen sink so it would not hold water. We were only left one garbage bag for 8 days and 1 1/2 rolls of TP. I understand buying some items, but garbage bags? We did not complain about anything while there as we were trying to relax and didn’t want to go back and forth with emails. This seemed like a condo that was owned by a large company and not an actual homeowner. The decor was hodgepodge and looked like it came from a garage sale. If that kind of stuff doesn’t bother you then go for it. The view was so nice.

Lacks Maintenance

Property did not meet the expectations compared to all of the other condos we have stayed in at Emerald Beach Resort. The condo was not well maintained. There were pieces of trim coming off of the wall with exposed nails, peeling cabinet doors, washer was very smelly. The bed was very uncomfortable and the closet mirror cracked. The shower knob needs repair as well well as the light above. Ceiling was bowed. Kitchen was stocked relatively ok. It would be nice to have some more stocked in the kitchen for families that use the condo to cook.

Just OK

Location is good with in walking distance of several restaurants and shops. Check in was no hassle but having to take three elevators just to get to your room was a bit of a hassle. Condo had an awesome view of the gulf and beach. Furniture looked old, dirty and just plain tired. Kitchen was pretty well equipped. Bed in the bedroom was very uncomfortable went to Walmart and bought a foam mattress topper to make it tolerable. Doors to the bathroom didn't lock and one would not even close and latch. Patio furniture was OK but patio was dirty and could use a good cleaning. Had to use ice trays to make ice no mention of ice make not working in the room description. TVs were not easy to operate and figure out how to watch live channels. Hearing and air unit kept the unit comfortable. Beach service was a huge plus on this unit. I wouldn't call this a resort but did glhave some nice amenities. All in all we had a good time during our stay.

It was okay.

The location was great. Lots of little issues. Bathroom light fixtures had wires exposed. The shower knob didn’t always read when it was hot/cold. The living room tv sound would randomly turn off. We would have to turn the tv off for 5 minutes and hope for the best. Eventually the sound would come back on. The door would slam shut, the mechanism on top of the door that’s supposed to slow it down did not work. We had four small children and our youngest almost lost his fingers. The closet mirror was cracked and sharp. I know it’s out of the owners control but the elevators or lack of were a big issue. Especially being on the 15th floor it was a huge inconvenience.
