The utility and large boot room area next door houses the washing machine. Sit outside and enjoy the sun in the front garden with its outdoor seating and gas barbecue. This is the perfect spot to plan your adventurous day ahead over a morning coffee. On the first floor you will find the living room, which boasts a cosy wood burner.
