It is in easy walking distance to Peaseholme Park, The Open Air Theatre, Cricket Ground and The Waterpark.

The Space

Lovely open plan top floor apartment with contemporary design. The kitchen has cutlery and cooking utensils, fridge, cooker, washing machine, kettle and toaster.

There is a king size bed in the main bedroom and a double bed in the second bedroom.

The bathroom has a bath with shower over.

We also have wifi and a smart tv.

Guest Access

The flat is situated on the third floor of a lovely grade 2 listed building, which was once one of the original bed and breakfast properties in Scarborough. We run a self check in and check out system, follow the check in instructions in the listing description.

There are four flights of stairs to climb to reach the flat. Small children should not be left on the staircase at anytime or left unattended at anytime in the communal areas.

Parking is anywhere on the street outside. Parking is free anytime outside of the hours displayed on the lamp post signs (9 am-5pm mon-sat and 12-5 Sunday).

For short stays up to 2 hours use the parking disc displaying the time you are parking from, which gives you 2 hours parking for free.

If you are intending to park your car for the full day then use the scratch cards provided. Just scratch off the date and fill in your registration and address details (88 North Marine Road).

Other Things To Note

Please bare in mind that the building is mixed holiday and residential and guests are asked to be respectful of the neighbours, therefore no parties or loud music, also there is a very strict no smoking policy.
