Modern villa between Binibeca and Punta Prima with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Stylish interiors and sea views from the upstairs terrace. Full AC, WiFi, SmartTV, Netflix, BBQ in a 500 m² private garden, covered terraces, and shared pool with only 10 neighbors (gated for children). Two more villas nearby for large groups.

First cot and highchair for free. Additional cots and highchairs available for a charge of 5€/night per set. Towels & sheets included. Kitchen & bath basics not provided.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Punta Prima is one of the most popular tourist areas in Menorca. The

For a very different experience, you can visit the Binifadet wine cellars in the village of Sant Luis, just 6 kilometres from Punta Prima. As a curiosity, try their wine sweets.

Beautiful House with Convenient Access to Binibequer Beach

I recently stayed at a lovely house in Minorca listed on VRBO. Overall, the property is beautiful and offers a comfortable, functional stay with adequately sized spaces. While it is situated a bit far (from 20 to 50minutes) from most of the island’s beaches, it compensates for this with its proximity to the stunning Binibequer Beach. If you don’t mind a bit of a drive to explore other parts of the island, this house is a great choice for a relaxing vacation.

Holiday spoiled by burglary

Located in a residential area with access to a communal pool. Property is spacious for a family of 4, facilities provided internally were sufficient. Initial impressions were good. Due an electrical storm on the 2nd night, electrical power was lost. This was restored next morning by an electrician. During day 3, we suffered a burglary when we were at the local waterpark. Holiday cash was taken along with a child’s spending money, some male sports shorts and a drivers license. No secure safety box is available in the property, the items were hidden in drawers and the property was locked/secured. The incident was reported to the police/property management. We were very disappointed to have had our holiday and privacy violated in this way. In both these incidents we felt the management company was not sufficiently proactive to effectively assist. Property had lots of storage and kitchen appliances to comfortably self-cater. Only 3 sun beds and 2 desk chairs initially provided. Bedding was grubby, pillows stained. No bedding refresh. No facility to dry any washed large bedding items. Garden needed some attention as a lot of the shrubs were overgrown. The access to the communal pool is via an unlocked and open gate at rear of property. The main bathroom shower was blocked and shower head loose. Wi-Fi was poor. Overall, this villa has much potential however is lacking in some attention to detail primarily in security, maintenance and management. Disappointed.

As for the burglary incident, we are deeply saddened by the violation of your privacy, and we fully cooperated with the local authorities to assist in their investigation. We take security seriously and will review our property's safety measures to enhance guest security to preventing something like this happening again. Regarding Wi-Fi speed, also related with the sotrm, we apologize for any inconvenience. We aim to provide all essential amenities and will look into improving our Wi-Fi connectivity. Your feedback is essential to us, and we sincerely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. We hope that, despite the setbacks, you were still able to enjoy your time with us.
