Situated in the beautiful village of Poughill, the house is located in a peaceful corner whilst less than 2 miles from Bude and all its restaurants, attractions and stunning sandy beaches. The local pub, The Preston Gate Inn serves delicious food and good drinks and is a five minute stroll from the house. The dining area has a large table to seat 8 for convivial evenings and the living area has comfy armchairs and a sofa from which you can enjoy the log burning stove and large smart television. Sonos speakers provide excellent sound for listening to music or watching a movie. The kitchen is well equipped and modern with further seating for four at the breakfast bar.
The main bedroom has a super king bed and en-suite shower room. This bedroom also benefits from a Sonos speaker and smart television. The second bedroom has a king size bed and smart television and the third bedroom has twin beds with a smart television. All house televisions also have Freeview.
Outside, there is seating for six and the garden is fenced to provide security for young people and pets.
