The ground floor apartment is made of one double room, a living room with double sofa bed, a separate kitchenette and a bathroom with shower.



The cozy garden, which is shared with the other apartment, is ideal to relax in the heart of the Dolomites.



The separate kitchenette is equipped with dishwasher, oven, cooking plate, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes and much more.

The Chalet Villa Muse offers smart apartments in a very central position of Selva Val Gardena.



The property is set a bit apart, on the corner of the Nives Square, the main square of Selva, so having supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars, rentals, bus stop and much more all-in walking distance.



In Winter the property is served by a ski slope, running down from the Nives fields and stopping just 50 m from the house, so you will be able to get back home from the Sellaronda by skiing. The Nives ski lifts, to start skiing in the Dolomiti Superski, are approximately 400 m away. To reach the Ciampinoi cableway instead, the free skibus stops just in front of the house and leads you there in only one stop.



In Summer the position is perfect for every kind of activity in Selva Val Gardena and the rest of Val Gardena, due to the closeness of the free bus stop.



Villa Muse also offers a graceful garden, shared for both apartments, to enjoy the Dolomites’ sun.



The house guests will have free access (On reservation and basing on availability) to the 4-star Spa of Hotel Alaska in Selva.



It is included a garage parking, wi-fi, ski deposit, linen and towels.

Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.

Check-Out: In person from 8:00-9:00 at MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei (except houses with code access)

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.

Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in

Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)

Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.

In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).

It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.

Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.

The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.

The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.

If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.

The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
