Super !

Nous avons été avec un groupe de 15 adultes et 8 enfants ( 6 mois à 3 ans). L'endroit est vraiment parfait!! Les chambres et sdb sont très propres, la communication avec Catia excellente! Je recommande vivement cette maison avec son magnifique jardin et ses extras services. ça serait encore plus parfait s'il y avait une porte entre la salle de billard, bar et jeux en bas et le haut. Super expérience! Encore merci à Catia pour son excellent service.

Family stay

Fabulous house and amenities. Pool was almost perfect but could've done with a rail to get into it as some of our party had dodgy knees. Dishwasher didn't wash particularly well so we had to wash up some things again. Very well equipped kitchen but worktops need a bit of attention. None of the above would stop us booking again though. One of the air conditioning units was a bit temperamental.Absolutely fabulous basement area and outdoor bar and bbq. We really had a fabulous time and looking to book again.Some local numbers for taxis etc would be useful with a local area summary.Overall the whole 19 of us ranging from 5 to 73 had an amazing holiday. Thank you

Amazing Villa

We stayed there for a week of golf with a group of 7 guys. the villa is amazing, very clean and everything in perfect condition. Highly recommended !

Fantastic family holiday

We stayed at this villa in July with family members age range from 9 months to 66 yrs old, villa was excellent great location about 25 minutes walk to Marina, or 5 minutes taxi ride, villa was spacious, clean and tidy and catered for all our needs, pool was excellent lots of memories made, we enjoyed playing on the volleyball court, we hired the bouncy castle for the children which they loved, the outside area was excellent for family bbq and drinks. If we had any enquiries Catia was always on hand to help. I would definitely recommend this villa.

Great villa great location

Loved it. Beautiful place the agents were great and had good communication. The only downside was we weren’t allowed to play music after 8pm. We felt this was a little restrictive and the 20 somethings really missed this. We would however come again if we could.

Nice big villa for a large group

The booking and check-in process was simple and this large villa suits big groups of family and friends. It’s well equipped and there’s so much space that you never feel cramped. However, we stayed with young children and the open plan layout made it quite noisy. We also had an unexpected visit from future guests who had accessed the garden and pool area. The villa is better suited to groups of adults or those with teenage children.

Superb Customer Service

The villa was exactly as advertised - a WOW on entry. But the highlight was the amount of communication, support and making sure anything we needed was ready for arrival. We had someone in a wheelchair, a baby, two small children and some childish adults and everyone had a great time.

Absolutely Amazing!

What an amazing property this is! My friends and myself were blown away by how much better the villa is in real life, the pictures really don’t do it justice. The owner was very helpful with everything and prompt on replies. Would 100% book again!

Fantastisk villa som verkligen kan rekommenderas för stora familjer eller sällskap

Vi var en stor familj på 15 vuxna och 5 barn mellan 3 mån och 4 år. Perfekt villa för oss bland annat för att alla kunde få eget sovrum med toalett och dusch. De stora ytorna utomhus gav barnen möjlighet till sin lek. Dessutom fanns en plan för beachvolley som vi vuxna hade glädje av. På kvällen kunde vi även använda biljardbordet i källaren. Där fanns även träningsutrustning. Vi hade problem med diskmaskinen men det löste sig snabbt efter kontakt med Gustavo.

Perfekt för många!

Vi var 17 vuxna och 5 små barn. Ytorna var perfekta. Alla fick plats. Det kändes aldrig trångt. Poolområdet underbart. Vackra rum. Men se upp för glasväggarna i badrummen som är svåra att se ibland. Finns inget som markerar att det är glas. Information om vad vi skulle göra av sopor, poolrengörning, ev städning etc fick vi ringa och ta reda på. Saknade information om hur tekniken fungerade. Fanns ingen info alls om huset. Gustavo var vänlig de gånger vi fick ringa för att få den info vi önskade. Vi beställde mat och service till festmiddag. Mat, vin, tårta, gott dricka till kaffet. Allt ingick i priset och var väl tilltaget.

The jewel of Quarteira

Absolutely stunning villa. Spacious, well appointed accommodation, scrupulously clean with great facilities. The size of the villa along with the huge outside space makes this a great choice for larger families. The owner is extremely helpful and I have no hesitation in recommending this property to others.

Fabulous Villa and stay

You could not ask for more really. Villa was great. A little disappointed with the downstairs - the bar area was not working (fridges) and the speaker system around the villa didn't work which would have added to the experience. BBQ could be bigger as there were 20 of us to feed but it was great.

Amazing villa, very well kept, perfect for large family holiday

I booked this villa as a surprise holiday for my husbands 40th birthday and it couldn’t have been more perfect! There were 14 adults and 8 children in our group with ages ranging from 4months to 80yrs the villa was large enough to have your own space if you needed it but also allowed us to make some amazing memories with the large seating areas! The villa was very clean and decorated to a very high standard, everybody in our group was impressed. The outside space was ideal for the children! This was my first time booking a villa holiday and I had my doubts, but the whole process was smooth and I was always able to get in touch with the owner who was always happy to offer advice and accommodate our needs. I feel this villa is more impressive when you see it than in the photos and I would not hesitate in recommending it to anybody! Amazing holiday, fabulous villa!

Great villa in a good location.

Our stay at this property was excellent. Our party consisted of 10 adults and 10 children. The children loved the outside space and the pool. The villa is perfectly located for the resort of Vilamoura. It is about a 20 minute walk or a short drive to the marina. The supermarkets are walkable, about 5 minutes. The owner was inobtrusive and made are stay very relaxed. He accommodated all are needs, including dropping our cases off early on arrival and leaving them in the villa until our transfer collection on departure. The villa is very modern and looks to have been recently refurbished. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and stylish. The glass partitions in the bathrooms might not to be everybody's taste, particularly if you like privacy when nature calls. The kitchen and open plan living area was stunning. Loved our stay in the villa and love the Vilamoura area. We didn't play any golf, but it would be ideal lace for a golf party. My only recommendation would be for there to be an information pack that guests could read on arrival. Information on rubbish sites, TV instructions, cooker/coffee machine instructions and local amenities would just make the stay for guests even more chilled. Thanks to Gustavo for our lovely holiday and I hope to stay in one of your properties in the future.

Fabulous villa. Great location

This is a very spacious villa, suitable for large groups. The design and decor is very modern. It is in a super location for beaches, Vilamoura , Loule. The area is quiet and peaceful.

Amazing!!

This is the second time we have stayed in one of Gustavos Villa's and we cannot fault it. The villa was equipped with everything that you need. 10 min walk from supermarkets, 5 min cab ride from Marina and on top of the golf! Would highly recommend the villa to any family's, friends and big groups it has everything you need an more. Brilliant family holiday, we will defiantly be returning.

Superb Villa in a great location

Our family of 14 (ages from 8 months to 87 years) arrived at the villa on Saturday 19th August, 2017 for our 2 week holiday and were blown away. The villa was spacious and with plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms. The 1st floor had recently been refurbished so felt modern and clean. The air conditioning was great and there was plenty of wardrobe space in each room. The showers were powerful and there was always enough hot water considering the amount of people washing at the same time. The swimming pool and garden areas were perfect, loads of space for the kids to run around and the volleyball court provided us with hours of fun!! The men played lots of golf throughout the holiday, there are so many good courses to choose from in the area. We walked into Vilamoura Marina most evenings which took about 15-20 minutes, there are plenty of bars and great restaurants to choose from once there. We ate at Mayflower Restaurant a couple of times (on the marina) during our stay and the food was to a very high standard. Staying in a large villa with loads of people to feed you should expect to be at the supermarket a fair few times but there are so many supermarkets to choose from it wasn't a problem. We preferred to go to Lidl it is literally a 5 minute car journey, they had everything from fresh bread, rolls, cakes, fish, steak, to achohol or BBQ essentials. The weekly flee market is literally a 2 minute walk from here too which we visited once during our stay and picked up some bargains. The owner, Gustavo, welcomed us on our arrival and showed us around the villa. We were allowed to leave our cases, etc while the villa was being cleaned as officially check in time wasn't until 4pm so it saved us lugging everything around for hours. Gustavo was brilliant throughout our stay, any problems we had (there wasn't many) they were dealt with immediately with no problem at all, just what you want when you are on holiday! Overall, if you are thinking of booking this property, just do it, you will not be disappointed. The villa is truly perfect for large families or groups looking for a relaxing holiday but at the same time in a great location with everything at your fingertips. I would 100% recommended this property to family and friends.

Large Spacious Villa with the WOW Factor

There were 10 adults in our party and we had an early start from the UK and had booked Yellowfish Transfers to the villa which Gustavo had kindly said on arrival we could leave our clubs & cases inside. We met him at this point to pay the balance, pay for the wi-fi which was a must for us & also the air conditioning which was brilliant and very quiet. The arrangement for the door key was an excellent idea & enabled us to go off independently. We returned just before 4:00 pm & decided on our bedrooms, recently up graded & fabulous. The kitchen was very well equipped & we had BBQ & other meals around the table outside. The whole villa was spotlessly clean as were the gardens & pool. We were lucky with the weather not a cloud all week and we spent most of the time chilling around the pool though the guys played golf 3 times. My husband had always liked the Vale do Lobo Ocean Course but said the Pinhal opposite was nicer! I couldn't get the dishwasher to work on the Sunday & text Gustavo who immediately came & fixed it (a bit embarrassing as a plate was stopping it i.e. Incorrectly put in). We visited the aqua park which was fun but busy due to the weather. We ate out 4 times, once at Maria's which was a return visit food was excellent along with the location - be aware booked on line for 10 on the beach deck & by luck rang them on the morning of our visit & it wasn't booked in! Two meals were eaten down in the marina at vilamoura, first time in ages I've had steak but wanted the surf and turf & it was amazing! No hesitation in recommending this spacious villa to anyone it's a good size plot and the road is a dead end so very peaceful Barr the odd plane flying over. We didn't bother with a car used taxis probably the only negative part of holiday as we would say for 10 & 1 would arrive quickly but 3 or 4 times the second one never turned up. Cannot fault the villa & would love to come back - I do think an addition of a welcome basket i.e. Bread, butter, coffee, milk tea etc would be very gratefully appreciated especially for late arrivals. Supermarkets don't close early but you do need absolutely everything salt, pepper etc

Fantastic villa for large parties of guests

The newly refurbished bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor met with everyone's approval. Rooms are all spacious and have comfortable beds. The ground floor is due to be refurbished the year but still provides two good en-suite bedrooms and a separate family bathroom which can be used by those sleeping in the basement. We were a party of 18 and the teenage/young adults in our group really enjoyed the basement facilities (pool table and gym). The garden has a good sized pool and plenty of sun beds, some with umbrellas; it also has a new covered area which provides shade in the daytime and creates a great dining area. Lounge and upstairs beds all have flat screen TVs which proved a plus for us when one of our younger children fell ill. We hope to return in a couple of years and look forward to the next stage of refurbishments which will see the kitchen and lounge moved to back of villa. We had one car which proved invaluable for supermarket runs (be aware supermarket, left out of villa and left at junction, keep going straight then straight across roundabout) gets extremely busy, be prepared to be there a couple of hours. Bins - turn right out of villa, situated at end of road, use car as quite a long stroll if you have a lot to carry. Private medical centre located near restaurant recommended for late departures, details on wall near front door. Sorry can't remember name of either. We didn't meet Gustavo but found his brother, Igor, really friendly and helpful. Would be nice for the information book to contain details of supermarkets, Drs etc. Taxi firm on wall near door reliable, probably not cheapest but friendly, helpful drivers and can arrange pick-ups, which is great as getting taxis not always easy in evening. Refurbishment will see a new larger BBQ which will be great as we struggled with size of current one when cooking for 18. If you're a large group villa is a great pick, lots of space and great facilities. Dawn - Hertfordshire
