A cosy 4 bedroom | 3 bathroom house just 5 minutes walk from East Croydon Station with its excellent transport links into central london (15 mins) and Gatwick Airport (14 mins).
Master double bedroom with ensuite toilet. There are 3 other bedrooms. In total 4 double bedrooms.
Three (3) bathrooms. The family bathroom has a large bathtub, separate shower cubicle, a built-in cupboard and a toilet. One of the toilets is on the ground floor with a shower cubicle and sink.
Full kitchen with a family sized fridge/freezer, 6-ring gas hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, chopping board, cutlery set, plates and cooking pots/pans. Separate utility room with washing machine and an airer.
A spacious lounge with sofas / seating for 6-8 with TV and coffee table.
Separate dining area and dining table for 6-8 seating.
There is a small garden with outdoor seating for 4.
Accommodation is spread over 3 floors. Can accommodate upto 10 people (including 2 babies under 5 years).
Baby cot, 2 single folding beds and any other essentials can be provided on request for free subject to availability.

I am supported by a team that includes a GP (Doctor), a handywomen cum budding musician, a former Kazakh horse rider who loves painting, a semi-professional cricketer who manages all ops and our GM who previously managed a 1,000 bed a night relocation assignment. The property is a hidden gem with deceptively large space on offer. It is a cute cottage just tucked away behind the East Croydon station. The closeby amenities, access to over 40 restaurants / takeaways within a 5 -8 minutes walk makes this property an ideal home for anyone unfamiliar with the area. The property undergoes a deep clean after each stay with 48 hours in between each stay to ventilate. The team lives within 15 minutes walk hence help is always at hand if anything goes wrong.
