Property was as listed, check-in was simple and quick. Convenient to Red Rocks and quick trip to the strip. Super quiet neighborhood. Would stay again!
Property was spacious clean and very comfortable with high ceilings which was nice. Host was very accommodating and helpful if I am in the area I would love to stay again
Nice place, convenient parking and entry. Though if you check in at an unusual time of day, there wasn't really a lock box or a way to do a contactless check in. I think that would be a convenient addition. Luckily, when we arrived, there was someone to meet us and give us the key, so we had no issues checking in.
The house was neat enough, but there was a funny smell when we walked in. Pretty strong, it wasn't like a garbage smell or anything like that, maybe more like there just wasn't much air circulation and it needed to be aired out. We bought some air fresheners and just us coming in and out and letting in some fresh air helped a lot. Couch could use some cleaning. Everything else was super convenient. I would have appreciated a new dish sponge though. I didn't want to use a used one.
One thing we had a hard time with was that the door in the bedroom that leads to the backyard creaks and makes loud tapping/squeaking noises intermittently (happens all day, but most noticeable during the night), as though someone was pushing it, or throwing tiny pebbles at the window. After trying to investigate it at 3am, we concluded it's likely just the creaking of the house, but it really disturbed my husband and he could not sleep.
Overall, it served our purpose and it was a pleasant stay. Quite a long way away from the strip, or most shopping areas, but it wasn't an issue for us.
Stayed at this property for 4 nights while in town for the Thanksgiving holiday. Clean, quiet and comfortable property. Owner with prompt communication. Would like to stay here again when in town to see family.
Ben's property is all that he has advertised. My wife and I found it clean, spacious, well appointed and easy to access. We highly recommend renting this property when visiting Las Vegas.
Our stay was everything we had expected. Convenient, clean, private, had everything we needed. Would certainly return there if we were visiting in the area.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the ease, comfort and location of this well-equipped home away from home! No lines to check in, noise, or other hassles. Eli was a perfect host! We canât wait to come back Thank you Eli and then
My wife and i traveled cross-country for my birthday with was 10/1 when i got to the location on Fort Apache. Man the picture of the home didn't do it any justice
It was BEAUTIFUL inside and out super quiet and in a cul-de-sac. which made it better
So i truly recommend this remarkable property
Thanks again Eli and family.
This guest house was amazing and the owner was fantastic. We came to town for sports and it was the perfect place to relax. House is perfectly equipped. We were a little cautious because of the old review regarding a dog. We met the very friendly dog when we checked in and never saw or heard him again. Overall this was a great place to stay and perfect for us.
Very nice location, convenient for having family stay near me in the Northwest area of Vegas. Much more affordable than a hotel and you get a lot more as far as space and amenities like a kitchen, large bathroom and living room. Would use again for out of town visitors.
Stayed at Eliâs guest house for 20 days and couldnât of had a better stay! Guest house was beautiful and very clean. Eli was a perfect host. He made sure we had everything for our stay (toilet paper, linens) and made us feel welcome. His location is about a $25 Uber to the strip I would highly recommend his place.
Initially its a beautiful property, but its a guest house not the whole house
It was supposed to be a two bedroom and not 1. He changed it upon my arrival to 1 because I complained about it. He told me not to go into his backyard because he has a dog. The dog is NOT ON A LEASH he is not GATED IN he freely runs around, he is big and aggressive. And you do not have to go into the back yard he comes to you. The owner was rude whenever we called to ask him anything especially when his sink started leaking. His towels smell like mildew and when i asked for more he told me they where clean and to use those. He accused me of smoking in his house and stood behind a glass in his garage like Jason or Micheal myers and hit the glass and startled us multiple times as stood outside to smoke because he dont want us to smoke inside his house. He just walked in on us naked. And I remind you it never said its a guest house. it said the whole place. When i got ready to leave he told me to clean up after he told me he had a housekeeper. And he didn't check his house before I left he wouldnt come when i called. instead he waited til after we left and when my friend came back to get her stuff he asked did she leave beer. And its NOT 15-20 MINS AWAY FROM THE STRIP IT IS 25-30 MINS AWAY UBER COST 30 THERE AND BACK!
Great attached guest house. Large & open floor plan. Awesome kitchen! Great shower!
Highly recommend. Host was friendly and responded timely to questions. Short Uber/Lyft ride to Fremont Street or the Strip. Would definitely consider staying here again!
This Casita was very clean, roomy and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. We were in town looking to buy a home. This was a great place to to rest and relax after long days of running around. Much cozier than a hotel. I would not hesitate using the property again. I would highly recommend this property if you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle. Easy freeway access (CC 215)
I had a hard time finding the Casita. Very dark in front area and not easy to locate off street. No street lights. No back yard for sitting. Large Dog on property and very protective of property. Not a walking area if you like to take walks at night or during the day. No coffee pot in kitchen. Not cleaned well for our arrival. 3-5 miles from any stores.
