This is a newly refurbished apartment situated on one of the main arterial roads into Belfast City Centre. It is fully equipped to ensure that you have a comfortable stay and should provide an excellent platform for a great visit to this lively and vibrant city. There are several takeaways in the area and a Tesco Extra a 5 minute walk away. Buses go into the city from a stop by the flat and it only takes 15 minutes to walk to the Waterfront Hall.
Wow, we have stayed in places where there a few goodies like coffee, tea, sugar:however, Kim went over the top with supplies such as juice, eggs, cereal. The place is cute, clean, and comfortable. The only reason for not giving 5 across the board is we ran out of hot water in the shower within 2-3 minutes.
we had a nice time. Only there overnight. Pictures were mostly correct but it made it look like there was a living area with sofa bed and TV, however one of the pictured beds was in the room to so you would not be able to use the sofa bed and our other family would be in our bedroom to visit.
It was a nice place, walking distance to multiple places.
Suggestion: Leave instruction on use of appliances. Maybe add a couple of fans to help cool off the rooms, especially the top floor.
Owner Huw and manager Kim were very gracious to allow us to drop our luggage early, as well as pick it up late. Kim responded to phone inquiry about access to apartment after we failed to have those instructions. Good WiFi. Breakfast items in kitchen were most plentiful and varied. Thank you!
A short but enjoyable stay, Huw and Kim couldnt have been more helpful in the leadup and the apartment was clean, well supplied overall amazing. Would highly recommend!

The apartment is based on one of the main roads into Belfast and there is free on street parking and bus stops to get into and out of the city within 100 metres of the front door. There are lots of shops, cafes and restaurants in the area and a massive Tesco within 500 metres. We can sleep 5 people comfortably and the apartment is well located for guests coming to the city for work, to explore or for the many concerts staged in the city.
There are few apartments big enough for 5, free parking and access to public transport in the way that Essey Apartment is. We offer good value for money and high standards of cleanliness and equipment.
