6 Albany Terrace is a Victorian terrace resting in St Ives, Cornwall. It comes with six bedrooms, comprising of four double bedrooms (zip/link, can be twins on request) with en-suites with walk-in shower, basin and WC, a double bedroom (zip/link, can be twins on request) and a bunk bedroom, together sleeping up to 12 people and served by a family bathroom with both shower and bath. Completing the interior is a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, a games room and a third-floor sitting room. Outside, there is a front and back gardens with table, chairs and barbecue, as well as parking for three cars. 6 Albany Terrace is an exceptional retreat for exploring Cornwall.
Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Range cooker, microwave, American fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, two dishwashers, 1 x 55â Smart OLED TV, 1 x 65â Smart OLED TV, WiFi and multi-games table. Welcome goodies. Fire starter pack inc. Fuel and power inc. 1 travel cot and one standing cot, stair gate and highchair. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for three cars.
