This spacious pet friendly three storey holiday home is in an idyllic position, just a minute's walk from the expansive pebble beach past the iconic Scallop sculpture to the north and a short walk into the heart of the colourful town of Aldeburgh to the south. Sea Crest is elegantly furnished throughout in a boutique hotel style, and exceptionally well-equipped for a short break or luxurious holiday with family and friends.

- Kitchen/Dining Room - Oak units with built in dishwasher. Free standing Smeg fridge/freezer (there's extra storage in an additional fridge in the garage), five ring gas range with wok burner, an electric oven, Nespresso machine and microwave. Extending dining table with eight chairs and a large larder.
- Cloakroom - also housing the washer/dryer

First Floor - A large wardrobe offers storage for guests in the single and king bedrooms.
- Single Bedroom - Overlooking the back garden. Furnished with a single bed with tall boy, dressing table and chair.
- King Bedroom - Also at the back, with a king size bed, bedside units and a dressing table with stool.
- Main Bedroom - This zip and link bed will be made up as a super king unless requested at the time of booking. There's plenty of storage in built in wardrobes as well as bedside units, a dressing table, chair, sofa and occasional table.
- Bathroom - Located off the landing so easily accessible for all guests. Bath with shower over, wash basin and WC. Towels are provided.

Top Floor
- Bedroom - Another zip and link which will be made as a twin unless you request as a super king. Massive wardrobe with shelf, bedside cabinets, a comfy chair and poser table.
- Shower Room - Large walk-in shower with power shower, washbasin, WC and natural light from the Velux window.

Outside
- Front - The front door opens onto this large north facing landscaped garden with coffee table and chairs. A path leads along Willows Green to steps down to Church Farm Road and a short stroll to the beach.
- Back - Courtyard style garden with charcoal BBQ, dining table and chairs, accessed through double doors from the kitchen. Stairs go to a door into the garage where you can park securely with access to the rear of Sea Crest and Church Farm Rise. There's additional guest parking for one car near the garage.
