We loved the proximity and ease of getting to the beach about 100 yards away. We appreciated having beach towels to use. We loved using the outdoor shower and spigots/hoses after a day at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and great for a big group to move around in. The hosts kindly included little bathroom amenities like toothpaste and lotions. There are 6 bicycles in the garage which were great to use. The living room and dining spaces were comfortable for a group of 8. The back patio is a nice space to be in and includes a nice grill. The hosts and property managers were easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Excellent amenities and location for a long beach weekend! We used everything: bikes, beach wagon, washer & dryer, kitchen and dishwasher, beach towels, World Cup on the TV, and every bed. A generous amount of pillows, sheets & blankets, coffee mugs, wine glasses, and so on. We even squeezed in three cars and a rented golf cart. It’s marvelous to have everything 5 minutes away - dinner, coffee shop, grocery - and yet the beach was even closer. A real gem of a home.

We absolutely loved this place. Big open floor plan with lots of places for folks to lounge and relax. The location was perfect- when you step out on the front porch, you can see the pier to the beach on your right, and the road with lots of shopping/dining on your left. My adult kids liked it because they could come on and off the beach so easily - if they forgot something it was no big deal to run back and grab it. The beach chairs, umbrella, and bikes are a great addition too. Property manager checked on us and gave us some good local recommendations. Everything was clean, organized, and exactly as advertised. We all agreed we would like to return in the future. Definitely one of our all-time favorite rentals.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. The home is spacious, clean, has many amenities, and is a few steps from the beach. This is our second time booking this property and plan to do so again in the future.

Great Place

Paula was a fabulous host and made us feel right at home. The little things, water on the nightstands, welcome basket with goodies made it a fun weekend.

Great Amenities and Friendly Property Manager!

We were so grateful for the access to sand toys, beach chairs, board games, and more! Such a welcoming home and the property manager did an excellent job making sure that we were having a great experience.

Well-appointed Beach Home

We enjoyed our time together as family in a location that was close to the beach and entertained our young grandchildren with a nice gathering spot in the courtyard tor the adults. The host was very responsive and I appreciated the no pet policy. We hope to return.

Wonderful getaway with friends!

This was an exceptional property - everything was as advertised! Well-appointed, clean and comfortable - great for people who like to cook and great spaces for gathering, inside and out! Lots of places say that they are “steps from the beach” but this one really is! So many thoughtful touches that made our stay truly memorable! We are a group that has planned getaways for 30 years and this was one of the best! Already planning a repeat visit!

Family Beach Trip

This property was absolutely perfect for our family. From the house design, to location and easy beach access, we are ready to return! We shared this home with two family including 3 children from age 3-15. The home is ready for any adventure. We loved walking to the coffee shop and açaí shop. We stayed in and cooked and the kitchen is set up for meal prep and dinners in. The backyard is cozy and private - we love this home and will return again!

Fabulous Family Stay

Wonderful spot. Super convenient for visiting our Jax Beach family for the holidays. Steps from the ocean. House exactly as depicted, clean, neat and well stocked. Kitchen had everything needed and in good condition which is so nice for a change. Bathrooms are clean and nice and bedrooms comfortable. Super eating options for our gang from Kitchen bar style to dining table to outside patio. Highly recommend the propriety and owners and property manager couldn’t have been easier to communicate with. Beach bikes in the garage too which we didn’t get to use due to the weather but super place for a beach stay! Enjoy

HOUSE HAS TONS OF ITEMS FOR YOUR BEACH TRIP FROM CHAIRS TO BOOGIE BOARDS TO KID'S TOYS, ETC. EASY IN AND OUT TO THE HOUSE LOCATION FROM INCOMING ROADS/TRAFFIC. HOUSE HAS ALL THE AMENITITES YOU NEED AND MUCH MORE........WELCOME BATHROOM GIFTS, WATER & MINTS NEXT TO THE BED WERE TOP NOTCH ADD. HAD ZERO ISSUES WITH THE HOUSE OR BEACH......REALLY A PERFECT LOCATION FOR FAMILIES, COUPLES, AND GET TOGETHERS. THANKS AGAIN - WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK...

Absolutely Perfect

I can’t say enough about this property! Clean and bright, with every detail thought about, this home made for an unforgettable week of fun in the sun. The neighborhood is safe and conveniently located to anything you might need. The beach is literally steps away, which was so convenient for setting up the equipment it takes to stay all day. The home has plenty of beach towels, chairs, and toys for everyone. The kitchen is well equipped and easy for preparing meals, and the downstairs master bedroom and bathroom was perfect for our elderly mother who needed space for a walker and a step-in shower. The upstairs bedrooms were spacious with comfy beds, plenty of lamps, and even small trash cans in every room. This is so thoughtful and appreciated! Another plus is plenty of blankets, linens, and extra towels. I can’t say enough about this house and the experience that comes with it. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Great Beach House

We traveled to Jacksonville Beach for a conference for my husband in Ponte Vedra. The house is just a few minutes drive to the Inn at Ponte Vedra. We brought our 3 teenagers and 3 of their friends. The house was very comfortable for all of us. The beds were soft and had many pillows. The kitchen had pretty much anything we needed to prepare multiple meals and desserts. We also utilized the gas grill on the patio. The large table fit everyone for dinners. There are several televisions in the house. They have AT&T Uverse in the house, but there are very few channels available(no news stations or sports channels or basic movie channels). The wifi was sufficient for the kids to watch Netflix on their devices without any buffering. This house is located in a great spot. It is literally steps to the beach. I loved that we could easily walk back to the house for forgotten items or just to grab something. It is in a quiet residential area and easy to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and a few stores. We felt safe during our stay here. It is a very bike friendly area and our teenagers enjoyed exploring the area on the 2 bikes provided and the ones we brought to the beach. We loved the outdoor shower and side door into the garage with the washer and dryer. The kids came in from the beach, showered &/or hosed off, and put wet items straight in the washer. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone traveling to the area.

The home "AquaTerra" was appointed beautifully with every amenity from kitchen equipment, grill, home entertainment,beach and pool activities. We thoroughly enjoyed the privilege to stay! Thank you! Surprise party for my dads birthday....

Probably the best VRBO experience to date. The hosts were amazing and so easy to communicate and work with. They were also welcoming when we arrived. We have a ton of family locally and this was perfectly located next to my grammy's condo. It was perfect for our celebration and had lots of seating for our intown relatives to visit. House was even better in person. We will 100% be back.

Awesome house! One house from the beach. Lots of space to spread out and have your own room. Clean and well kept home. Close to shopping and restaurants. If ever back in Jax. Beach, I would stay there again. Great hosts!

Amazing getaway

The house was perfect with everything you need. Steps from the beach!! We loved taking the bikes around to get coffee and have breakfast nearby. Paula was so friendly and easy to work with and the welcome baskets added such a surprising and wonderful touch. Can’t wait to go back again!!!!
