Villa Amarena E is a graceful apartment in the characteristic style of the Tuscan countryside. It sleeps four people. From Villa Amarena E you will enjoy a charming view of the garden. Villa Amarena E is 55 square meters (590 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, two shared patios, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access installed in the common areas (performance inside the unit may be limited).
You will be roughly 13 km (8.1 miles) from Follonica, where you will find restaurants, shops and the beach. You will find the closest restaurant at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles) and a grocery store at 5 km (roughly 3.1 miles).
Villa Amarena E is located on the ground floor of an ancient farmhouse. You will reach it from the parking area going up a route that includes approximately two stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Amarena E you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Villa Amarena E is along a 2 kilometers (1.2 miles) unpaved road. Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 9 meters (29.5 feet) large by 16 meters (52 feet) long, from 1.40 meter (4.6 feet) to 1.80 meters (6 feet) deep. . The pool area is fenced. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. You will share the pool with guests staying at 11 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from mid-May until mid-October.
Patio
The patio is 75 square meters (810 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an imposing porch made of stone. It is equipped with armchairs and benches and with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a lovely view of the garden. You will share the patio with the other guests staying at the complex.
Garden
The garden is 10000 square meters (108000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by characteristic pergolas with bamboo roof and by trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a small wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the swimming pool. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally). Parking
The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.  Patio
The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic porch made of stone. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a nice view of the garden. You will share the patio with guests staying at 2 other apartments, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter a garden through a French door.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
