The distance to Funchal is approximately 17 km, and to the airport of Madeira its 29 km. The Villa Belmonte is situated in a quiet tranquil neighbourhood. It is approximately 8 minutes away beach of Ponta do Sol, and 1.2 km from the local supermarket.
The villa features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one with whirl pool bathtub), a smart Tv with international channels, fiber Wifi (100 mbit/s.), a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and american style fridge. There is a laundry area with washing machine. The villa offers a garage and lots of parking space in front of the house.
