The living area is well equipped with a large dining table and seating for 6 people there is also a large L shaped sofa, 75 inch Smart TV with an IPTV service offering UK and Portuguese television channels. The kitchen is open plan to the living area and is well equipped with all high end kitchen appliances, Gaggenau Teppanyaki Hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and all necessary equipment needed for a great self-catering holiday. There are 3 large bedrooms, the first bedroom is a twin room and has patio doors out to the side terrace with seating area, there is a built in wardrobe and a shower room just out in the hall. The second bedroom has a super king bed, built in wardrobe and an en-suite shower room, this bedroom also opens out onto the side terrace, the master suite is located at the end of the hall and also offers a super king bed and an en-suite with a bath and separate shower, there are built in wardrobes in the bedroom and patio doors that lead out to the side terrace with a 2 seater sofa and a couple of small table and chairs. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and the showers are rain showers, all the rooms have electric roll down black out shutters.

The les Jardins apartment complex offers great facilities, the swimming pool that is located on the 2nd floor is very large approximately 18 meters x 8 meters, surrounded with communal sun loungers, there is also a gym with ample equipment such as 2 bikes a cross trainer, running machine, multi gym, rowing machine and free weights. There is also a sauna for communal use.

Due to the central location of this apartment a car isn't necessary but if you do hire a car there is garage parking available for up to 3 cars.

This apartment is situated in an excellent location, in a quiet residential area, with several supermarkets within a 5-10 minute walk, some cafes and restaurants are also only a few minutes from this apartment, to get into the main town centre it would take you about 10 minutes by foot and if you walk a few minutes further along the Avenida there is a small ferry that takes you over to the Meia Praia beach or you can walk over the foot bridge to the marina and access the beach in front of one of the beach bars. Overall this apartment is accessible to all you would need for a great holiday.
