We are a family of 6 (4 adult children) so the villa was wonderful for us. The villa is perfectly situated near a Lidl and only a short walk from the strip. The villa is basic in decor but comfortable with all that you need. The reps from Agni Travel are very responsive and a pleasure to deal with and the property manager was also pleasant. We had an issue with air conditioning not working which we reported and even though it took some time to fix it (no fault of the team) they eventually did repair it for us. I would happily stay in the same villa again and have no hesitancy in recommending Agni Travel as a company to deal with.

Overall impression of the property is good ,was very clean and tidy, in a great location close to all amenities and suitable for the size of our party (4 adults) however we do feel the maintenance on the property was poor as the outdoor Furniture was of poor quality & 4 it the six chairs were in usable & one of them broke when sat on which bruised the person as they fell off, the fencing by the sunbeds also needs repairing as loose & broken in places, we also felt that the cushions on the sunbeds could do with replacing, we enjoyed our stay but overall the villa does need a refurbishment to compete with other villas in similar price bracket .

Nicht zu empfehlen

Die Insel Lanzarote ist wunderschön. Die Villa Juliane 1 ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und der Außenbereich sehr ungepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist schlecht und spadanisch. Eine Porzellanschüssel und sehr wenig Kochutensilien. Der Kühlschrank stand unter Wasser, da das Abzugsventil total zu war. Bei den Bratpfannen war die Teflonschicht zerkratzt (krebserregend). Sie waren unbrauchbar. Vor 2 Jahren waren wir in der Villa Juliane 4. Diese war um einiges besser gepflegt.

lanzarote holiday

It was an overall pleasant experience staying at Villa Julia. Excellent location and extremely clean and well looked after villa. The swimming pool however could have been bigger and the TV needs upgrading to a smart Tv for a better viewing experience. It would have been nice to hear from the property manager at some point during our stay to know if our stay was great. Overall, it was amazing with many amenities.

Overall Nice, but met with a few problems

The Villa is comfortable and in a nice neighborhood. It was a good choice for a group of 4 friends. We did encounter a few problems: 1. The airconditioning in one bedroom wasn't working properly. 2. Tiles in the swimmingpool were breaking off. 3. Contact with the agency was difficult. 2 phone numbers were provided and both didn't respond.

Villa was immaculate upon arrival as well as throughout when the cleaner came. Please give our thanks to the cleaner as she did an amazing job every week. Beds were comfy but slightly squeaky and also moved during the night while we turned but still a good sleep. Would definitely recommend and even go back again!

Villa is fab, spotlessly clean and had plenty of space for us and our 4 kids, pool was lovely as was the outside space. Villa is in a great location 2 min walk to lidl and 5 min walk to shopping centre, easy walking distance to beach and everything else yet quiet and not at all overlooked. would highly recommend this villa and would defiantly stay again

Just spent the holiday here with a couple of friends and it was an incredible time! The inside of the villa was very nice and clean and the outside was brilliant. The pool was great and the addition of a billiards table and table tennis kept us very entertained. When we first arrived we could not find the ping-pong ball and the agent was able to get a new one to us very quickly which also made the experience great. The location was also perfect as were able to walk to the strip of restaurants and bars located alongside the beach. My friends and I are already planning to return in a couple of months!
