We are still open for business and are happy to welcome guests. To help guests feel more comfortable in our properties we have adopted a new approach:

- Stocked with essentials (toilet roll, tea bags, coffee, shampoo, body wash, conditioner etc)
- Flexible cancellation policy - cancel up-to 1 day before arrival with a full refund
- Self Check-in method (no personal interaction needed to book or check-in)
- Additional cleaning measures taken

The Space:
Our property has just had a full scale refurbishment - completed in June 2020
The property is fully furnished and equipped to suit up-to 10 guests with towels and bedding provided. We have 4 double bedrooms all with double beds for guests to enjoy along with a decked area on the back - great for bbq's.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to all of the property
The Neighborhood:
Ecclesall Road is a bustling stretch of restaurants, coffee houses, pubs, bars and shops with ease of access to some of the cityâs loveliest green spaces.
Situated just off Ecclesall Road, Sheffieldâs Botanical Gardens are one of the cityâs real treasures listed by English Heritage as a Grade II site of special historic and architectural interest. Here youâll find an array of landscaped gardens home to over 5000 species of plants, complete with glass pavilions and fountains.
A little further up Ecclesall road, youâll also find Endcliffe Park, a large family park and woodland that runs along the Porter Brook. You can even walk out to the Peak District National Park from here following a fascinating route along the Porter Valley taking in waterway heritage sights such as Shepherd Wheel and Forge Dam, as well as beautiful landscape.
The area is well served by supermarkets such as Co-op, Waitrose and M&S close by.

Sheffield Town Centre is 2.2miles away the 6, 81,88 or 82 bus from Ecclesall Road
is within walking distance and will take you there within 20 minutes
Meadowhall Shopping Centre 6.3miles away, we recommend catching the bus into
Town then the Stagecoach Yellow Route Tram, the whole journey taking between
45-60 minutes
Ecclesall Road is a three-minute walk and is full of shops, restaurants and bars
Endcliffe Park is also a three-minute walk away and is perfect for a stroll or a run
