12 Milestone Dr C est une toute nouvelle maison en rangée de deux chambres située au nord de 30A, dans le quartier chic de Prominence. Cette nouvelle communauté propose une piscine de style complexe comprenant des cabines privées, des barbecues extérieurs, un centre de remise en forme et se trouve à quelques minutes en vélo des plages d'Alys, de Seacrest et de Rosemary. Si vous cherchez un endroit pour inviter la famille à dîner ou simplement vous détendre et écouter les musiciens locaux, vous n’allez pas aller très loin. Le Hub est la nouvelle destination sur 30A pour la nourriture, la boisson et le divertissement et est directement en face de la rue.

Si vous choisissez de dîner, la cuisine gastronomique avec de nouveaux appareils électroménagers haut de gamme et ustensiles de cuisine est l'endroit idéal. Pendant que vous préparez les repas, vous pourrez regarder votre émission préférée ou votre événement sportif sur le grand téléviseur à écran plat situé dans la salle familiale.

Après avoir profité de ce que la côte d’émeraude a à offrir, le 12 Milestone Dr C offrira à votre famille une retraite paisible. Cette maison de ville au 2e étage peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. La chambre principale a un lit king et une salle de bain privée tandis que la chambre a un lit queen avec accès au porche qui surplombe la communauté.

Wonderful Townhouse!

We really enjoyed staying in the Prominence community! The pool was beautiful and we enjoyed walking over to The Hub almost every night. The townhouse is so beautiful and it was very clean. I would recommend staying at this location!

October 2020 Stay

Great location! The community pool was awesome. Townhouse was equipped with everything we needed. It was great to have the bikes with locks to ride down to the beach access. We’ll be back.

June 2019 Stay

Wonderful stay!!! Home was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The Beds were very comfortable. We will make this our spot for our annual beach vacation for years to come. The shuttle is a must for beach goers, the closest beach to drive to is Deer Park and it is a LONG walk down the pathway if you have small kids and lots of beach stuff to carry ... take the shuttle drops you off right at the beach access.

Nice Stay!

We had a great stay! The home was very clean and well decorated which made it very easy to relax and enjoy. The balcony was also well cleaned…so you can enjoy it! I must say the property manager for this home was amazing. I stayed at a different property a month ago managed by Vacasa Florida and it was horrible…did not resolve anything! Do not stay at a property managed by them…it was truly awful! Oversee was very responsive and resolved the issues we had immediately. Oh and the amenities were nice.. I will definitely stay here again!

Cooked breakfast each day The location is excellent ...we really enjoyed the Hub next door for football games and food selection (however they will gauge you on prices) and the community pool was very enjoyable for the little ones. I highly recommend this rental.

Great property, but beds & pillows were a miss

Overall, this was a great townhome that was beautiful, clean and in a good location. The process of checking in, checking out, etc was all easy and effortless. The only major setback on this property was the beds. The beds, linens and pillows were so not comfortable at all. Feel like we got no good sleep this weekend because of it too. For the price of this stay, we were very disappointed with the comfort of the beds, specifically pillows and sheets. If you're staying here, I'd suggest to pack your own pillows for this. Otherwise, it was a great stay, clean, updated, and beautiful and loved the pool.

Pass for next time

Good location, nice community and pool. However, unit was filthy. Floors were so dirty. Stains on walls, master bed sinks in so much. Couch dirty and never cleaned. Upon checkin we noticed a fruit fly infestation. We had to make our own traps to try to keep them at bay as best we could. The property manager said they couldn’t find any spray to spray for them and gave us two cheap traps that did absolutely nothing. You feel dirty the moment you walk in this place. Enjoyed the bikes they had and location to the hub.

Fantastic Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I have vacationed up and down 30A for the past 12 years. We've stayed in small condos to large houses with a variety of rental agencies. Oversee has by far been the best to work with. The unit is by far the cleanest we have ever stayed in bar none. Everything is in there that you could possibly want to make your stay wonderful. The master bed was comfortable (as was the guest). The master bath with walk-in shower was phenomenal. Both toilets were the tall kind rather which honestly is great especially when you're tall. While there is a shuttle to the beach while you are in-season, we stayed when it wasn't in service. Two access points are pretty close to go to in terms of a very short drive or longish walk. We're no really beach people--rather spending our time by the amazing zero-entry pool: comfortable seating, BBQ area and very clean restrooms with showers. I was blown away how clean it all was. This unit is a great value. Those with mobility issues should take note that you climb a flight of stairs (with landing) in order to reach the living area. A rail is on the right for the first section, and on the left for the second half up.

Good, but could be better

The area we stayed at was great! 30a was fun for all ages. The actual place that we stayed at could use some improvements. The house does look like the pictures that are listed but once you get there it’s a bit different. You can see the touch up paint that they did throughout the inside of the house. The floor was dirty as it left our feet black the first day there. The carpet in the room looked dirty because of the dirty floor as well. Couldn’t walk barefooted in the house and no mop to clean it with. As someone that likes home cooking/grilling one of the amenities was that grills were available but the house we stayed at didn’t have any grilling utensils and only one pan to cook on. Most of the beach accessories they had are outdated and broken. There wasn’t bedding for the pull out couch so we called the property managers and they provided us with extra blankets. I think I remember reading a review about a bloody pillow and when we got there the pillow was still there. They were also able to provide us with new pillows and pillow covers since most didn’t have any. For the amount of money that one pays to vacation at such a location we expected more but we’re given limited amount of toilet paper and trash bags and had to purchase our own. But we appreciated the napkins, dish soap, soap for dishwasher, and laundry detergent. I would say that they’d take into consideration the amount of people staying when providing necessities to the visitors. We also had problems with the pool codes that were provided. The first one was not working for us and I emailed the property managers. They emailed back a different code and when we tried that it didn’t work either. The security personnel on the property provided us with a code and said that the one that was given to us was old! Speaking of codes, when entering the one at the home the handle to the door needs to be pulled up to open and not down. One last thing, not a necessity but as a person who likes looking in the mirror for outfit check, a long mirror would be much appreciated to see how an outfit looks!

June 2022 Stay

We had a great experience with our 12 Milestone C rental. The townhouse we clean and very nicely designed/decorated. The only issue we had was using the pullout sofa. The mattress for it was extremely thin and uncomfortable. After reaching out to Oversee they quickly sent someone with a mattress topper 😁 our guest just ended up sleeping on the couch instead of unfolding it. Will stay here again next year!

Very nice unit. Only complaint was that when we arrived we found the couch and chairs filthy. Oversee got someone there quickly and they took all of couch and chair covers away to clean them. They returned them the next day very nicely cleaned.

It was awesome

Enjoyed the place. It is beautifully decorated. A bit small because of the double bed in 2nd bedroom, but overall really nice!

Nice place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice apartment style rental. New look and feel, very clean. Conveniently located near the “Hub”. Would happily stay there again.
