This is a really nice cabin. Has a great location. Pool table could use some TLC but great place for a family stay. The only issue we had was the AC went out and there were no fans and they did not have anyone to send for help.
This is a cabin in a house farm. Not a cabin out in the woods. You are very close to neighbors and at times they were very disruptive to us.
The living room furniture is uncomfortable, but if you have no plans to sit around in there that wouldnât be an issue.
Overall it wasnât bad, but we wouldnât go back.
Property desperately needs a deep cleaning and updating. The house was stocked with the necessities, except needs more blankets for pull out couches. Hot tub was awesome, fireplace didnât work, need a more secure lock/deadbolt on front door. Needs a nearby dumpster, one trash bin wasnât big enough for all 10 of us, and 24 hour guest services told me a dumpster should be around somewhere, they were zero help as we were departing early in the morning.
For reference Max of 3 cars in driveway. Check In/Check Out was a breeze. Close to pretty much everything, about a 25 min trip to Gatlinburg.
We loved this cabin for our family vacation! Our older two married children had their own bedrooms downstairs with their spouses. The master bedroom was close to the loft/ pool table area which was great for our twin boys (12) to sleep on the sofa bed! We enjoyed the nice spacious living room, large dining room table, and kitchen for much needed family time! Be careful when you back out- do not get close to the Bradford pair tree- itâs a drop off and needs a reflector there! Stay closer to the wooden wall side when backing out. Of course, this will now be a funny story for years to come of how Dad had Mamaâs new Explorer up on two wheels in the mountains! Overall, we had a wonderful and peaceful stay at this beautifully decorated cabin! I loved the bears!!! â€ïžđ»â°ïž
Although location was right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the parkway which was convenient, there are issues that counter that convenience. First, yes we are aware check in is at 4pm never had any issue with getting an address a few days beforehand to better make plans and to see if the location is motorcycle friendly. The manager gave us the address 20 minutes before check in. Second after paying full holiday price for the weekend, come to realize the downstairs bathroom floor was rotten and in disrepair. I felt the need to inform management simply for their knowledge to help better serve future guests, they informed me they already knew about the issue. Third, found old food left over in the living room floor I can only imagine from the previous guests. Next door guests were extremely loud purposely splashed hot tub water on us and threw trash onto our parked vehicles. Fourth, the washer is single person size and the dryer worked half way.Fifth, the furniture was worn and dirty. Sixth, the listing states cabin sleeps 10, the drive way is nothing but an uphill slope and fits two vehicles at best. The positive⊠water that will scald the hide off your back (I like this, donât like hot water? Use cold water) and the air conditioner works well. Overall, the cabin can use some updating and serious cleaning, inside and out. Priced too high for what is offered.
We had a wonderful time! The cabin is beautifully decorated. There are lots of details with the bears that make it so special and we loved it! The hot tub was clean and private. The jacuzzi was huge! Every room had a TV and it was just a lovely place. Check-in was a breeze and communication was excellent! They checked on us to make sure all was well. Location is perfect...less than 10 minutes to parkway. If I had to find a con it would be the driveway...it's steep and small. But we had large vehicles and made it fine! I would stay here again!
Really cute decor. Perfect for Smoky Mountain vacation
The master suite was outstanding. The cabin was really, really cute. Especially appealing to children with all the cutesy bears all over the place. Very centrally located to everything in Pigeon Forge.
well decorated but bring EVERYTHING with you. we were surprised by the need to purchase TP, a roll of paper towels and even salt and pepper. lols..... we must just be spoiled by our previous experiences. the location was great and it was easy with the keyless entry and remote communication upon vacating as well.
The cabin was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. It accommodated our multiple families nicely. The swing and the rocking chairs on the front porch were an added relaxation bonus. The cabin location is convenient to stores, food places, and attractions.
It was a great place to stay and I would stay here again.
