Great view for the room and cost, close close to the beach

I would only make one suggestion to the owners get a new box spring and mattress, the bed is comfy but the box spring creaks when you roll over.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is a short walk to the beach. Condo needs new furniture and an overall update. Being on the first floor, you hear on the noise from the unit above. The best part of the condo unit is that it is right on the beach.

Pleasant beach visit

Beautiful Condo

We do tag golf carts if they are parked outside of the designated area for golf carts, but as our property has open unassigned parking for guests, occasionally guests can mistakenly park their golf carts in the regular car parking spaces. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time but something needs to be done with the sofa in the unit so broken down it's like sitting on the floor and the bed has no headboard and is very noisy when you roll over other than that was a good location don't be fooled when they say the sofa is new will be back next year for sure in another unit.
