Welcome to Florida Fun Villa a beautiful and relaxing Florida villa just 12 mins drive from Walt Disney World and its sister parks of Hollywood Studios, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach and only 20 mins from Universal, Island of Adventure and Sea World! The Villa has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms and comes fully equipped for all your needs with a crib and high chair available for young children if required. The pool gets the sun virtually all day and with additional patio space outside the pool screen this is an extra the guests love! The pool can also be heated as an option so its nice and warm to swim at all times. The villa offers so many unique features that you will not find in other villas like the jacuzzi-hot tub, the oversized swimming pool which also has pool toys for your children to enjoy. The private fenced back garden is a feature guests have commented on many times as they love the feeling of being able to relax without neighbours being close by. Other villas you will see advertised are overlooked and close together thus guests will lose the privacy to relax and enjoy the amenities that the villa offers. Beautiful area

The house was so beautiful and felt like home! My children loved the pool, and hunting for lizards! And seeing the wild cranes out in the front yard was amazing! It was the be of my favorite place to go. We will be staying again! Worth the stay! And is pretty close to all the family fun adventures

Amazing stay

Me and my fiancé had an amazing time here for our vacation the home met all of our needs we had no issues the house was very nice and the neighbourhood was nice and quite the house was clean and everything worked as it should we will definitely be staying here again and the owner Brian was very responsive and answered any questions I had before the trip and during and even after the trip our stay was amazing.

The Perfect Place To Relax!

This is my second time at this property (I stayed there last year), and I didn’t think this place could get any better, but I was wrong! The owner of the property made a lot of upgrades in the past year to make the place a bit more modern, and he did a terrific job (all of the pictures in the listing are up to date as of 9/1/2022)! The check-in process is easy, the host is ALWAYS available to answer your questions, and literally everything you need while on your stay, has been thought of and made available for you at this property. All you have to bring is your luggage and some food! The area is super quiet and the house is secure. The pool area is private and completely fenced in. The attention to detail at this property is impressive! If you want a place that’s close to the parks, quiet, safe, and feels like you’re in your own house, look no further. This is the place!

Awesome Vacation Spot

We had such a great time! The house was great, and the kids LOVED the pool. The location was perfect, with plenty of local access to food, gas and grocery stores. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone that is visiting Orlando.

Clean quiet neighborhood!

Our stay here was very good. Kids had a blast in the pool when we weren't at the parks or the beach. Very clean place, and nice neighborhood. Washer ,dryer,stove, refrigerator, pool all worked as they should. One of the toilet paper holders was pulled out of the drywall but it wasn't a big deal. It was an awsome stay. Will definitely rent again if we come to that area !

Spring break vacay

We loved it! First time staying in a vrbo and it didn't disappoint! The house is beautiful and located in a quite neighborhood.we had everything we needed, large clean pool, great hot tub, and space for a family of 5. The house is clean, everything is in good working condition, and we had no problem checking in at our arrival. The owner does a great job communicating with guests and gives you information about the house prior to your arrival. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we will definitely book it again in future trips!:)

This rental was clean and well managed. The location was away from all the city noise, but not too far from any place you want to visit in Orlando. Would definitely stay here again.

Great, clean villa - fantastic host

The house was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic. The host was super responsive to any questions we had. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Location is close enough to everything, yet away from it enough that you can relax. If we're ever in Orlando again, we will definitely stay here again!!

Perfect for what we needed.

This house was perfect for what we needed for our stay. Property owner was very helpful throughout the booking process and answered all questions I had in a timely manner. Great location to shopping and a short drive (advice: we found a back way to avoid some of I-4 traffic) to ESPN and theme parks. The pool was heated at a decent temperature and the hot tub was very relaxing after days of cheer practice, competition and park days. The neighborhood is very quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely Affordable Place

We loved staying at this nice little house on our honeymoon. It is quite close to restaurants, shops, and a myriad of Florida attractions. Also it is situated in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

Amazing!!

From booking to check-in ,things couldn't have been more perfect! The home was clean and had everything we could have wanted! The location is close to all the parks ,plenty of restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained! The only down sided was not being able to stay longer! No Need To Search Any Further......This Is Where You Need To Stay!!!!

This property is absolutely amazing! I’ll begin with the communication with the host (Charles). From the time I booked the property to the time I left the property, Charles responded within hours of messaging him. Before my wife and I arrived at his villa, Charles sent us a packet full of useful information. From how to check-in, to the shops, restaurants, and activities near the villa (and how to get to them). Check-in was a breeze, and allows you to be able to arrive at the villa at any time of day or night, so you don’t have to worry about arriving on a late flight and not being able to access the home. Everything is digital, so you’re able to arrive at any time. We had to pay the management company for the heating of the pool (rates to heat the pool are extremely reasonable), and they made it available to pay in such a way, where it didn’t interrupt our vacation at all. Now for the review on the villa itself. The villa is extremely spacious, with a wonderful layout, where if you’re traveling with children or another couple, you’re on opposite ends of the house, so you’re able to have privacy and not right next to each other. This place was spotless! Thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. Had everything that we would need in the kitchen to cook. Coffee maker, toaster, automatic ice maker, dishwasher, plates, cups, glasses, pots, pans, utensils.....all you need to bring is the food and drinks. Each bedroom has a TV, Roku, and plenty of towels, pillows, sheets, and blankets. They even had a safe in the main bedroom. Garage has a washer & dryer, ping pong table, iron, ironing board, and laundry basket for if you need to do your laundry. Very strong WiFi, everywhere around the house and around the pool area. Living room has plenty of comfortable seating, a large 4K TV, Roku, DVD Player, and plenty of DVD’s for if you don’t have logins to the streaming sites on the Roku. Dining room fits about 6 people comfortably, and there’s an extra sitting room near the pool with plenty of seating, sofa-bed, TV, Roku, Nintendo Wii, plenty of books to read, and board games for the children to play. The pool area was extremely clean. Gorgeous giant pool with seats available for up to 7 people. The spa was in great working order, and feels great after a long day. The pool and spa are completely fenced off, so there is total privacy from the neighbors on all sides of the villa.

Neglected and dirty ! Horrible !

This property is poorly managed. Me and my family were supposed to stay for 8 nights but after checking in and seeing the condition, we chose to leave and make other arrangements. Unfortunately, we had to stay for two nights as that was the soonest we can find something new. We had no choice as we were visiting from out of state. The owner himself admitted he hasn't been to the property in over a year and it clearly shows. We walked and you could immediately tell the property was used. The floor was dirty, there was fingerprints/smudges all over the glass table and the light switches had dirt on them from dirty hands. The pool was dirty and there was a band aid on the floor. This is not ok, especially post covid. The BBQ is filled with rust to the point that you cannot grill on it. The house was NOT cleaned before we arrived. The chain on the toilet was broke which isn't a big deal but just proves that the house was not checked by the management company before we arrived. It honestly looks like someone went in, straightened up the beds and left. The buildup of dust on the fans and the overall condition show the poor neglect when it comes to the daily upkeep. The grass is brown and dead in the front, not nice and green as his pictures show. There is mold in the bathroom which the owner denies. I did contact the owner within 5 minutes of being there and have been in contact with him daily. He does answer all my messages so I will give him 5 stars for that. On day 1, he directed me to call "Andy" from the management company and there was no answer. It wasn't until the owner contacted him that he showed up the next day. I checked in on Thursday and Andy showed up on Friday afternoon. Andy did agree with some of claims and also said the pool could use a cleaning. He was willing to clean the pool, fix the toilet and dust but I declined because we were leaving that night, also we would have had to leave the house for a couple of hours while the work was completed. My kids did swim in the pool while me and my wife spent all day making other arrangements but I have 3 young children and needed to keep them occupied. The owner is using that against me stating that I used his pool heat and is only willing to partially refund. VRBO won't credit fees and taxes on a partial refund and won't get involved since it's between "the renter and owner". For the money paid, there are better options. I would avoid this place. There is a reason there are no reviews.

Blessed Family Fun Vacation April 2021!

I would have rated 5/5 but for now 4.5/5 rating and will explain the reason shortly. First of all excellent house and very clean and fully sufficient for a family with 3 kids and our youngest being 4yrs old. We were very anxious till we got till the house and was extremely happy. Price was even very reasonable. Easy to get to many places. Each room had a TV so kids did not interrupt our Movie time LOL. Main reason we picked this house was mainly coz of a private pool. We wanted complete privacy and the kids had a lot of fun including us :)) For any essential needs Store Publix was near by. The reason of 4.5 rating was because of poor internet service. After 5pm the internet was extremely poor and delayed. In the middle of movies it would stop completely and we had to wait at least 15mins to get it back started. So we just waited for awhile and it happened every single night. Apart from the internet service this house was the best. We will definitely return but hopefully the internet service gets fixed. Kids had a blast and loved the pool. We stayed for 7 days that quickly flew. Thanks for having us! I would definitely recommend this house. We searched for weeks to find the right house and we were blessed with a beautiful one. Thanks again!
