We loved this place!!

There’s a definite wow factor when you walk through the door! We loved the spaciousness of all the rooms and the outdoor deck with the fabulous views! The apartment was well equipped and had lots of closets and storage space. It was a quiet location in a charming town. It was the best accommodation of our 16 day trip !

Fantastic!

Perfectly appointed modern loft, extremely comfortable and spacious. Had all the amenities one could ask for including a welcome basket! Town was walking distance to everything and views of the bay were fantastic.

Always perfect!

This was our 4th stay at this property; that says it all. Tracy is a wonderful host. The property has everything we need and is in the centre of town so an easy walk to the market, botanical gardens, old fort, theatre, shops, galleries, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Perfection. River views from the large deck are stunning! We look forward to our 5th stay!!

Wonderful accommodation in idyllic spot

Apartment is superb: fully equipped, spacious, very comfortable and with a breathtaking view. Best we’ve ever stayed in - and we’re picky! Annapolis Royal is a fascinating and picturesque little town, full of history and very welcoming inhabitants. We wish we’d stayed longer!

Magical Apartment in Annapolis Royal

This was an outstanding apartment inside and out. Inside it was very spacious with high ceilings which was quiet, clean and cozy. The welcome basket was very much appreciated. The view was spectacular across the water and ever changing with the great tides and cloud formations (we also got Fall colors.) We were literally steps from the boardwalk and swim ladder to the beach. The town has exceptional colonial charm with Fort Anne just blocks away. We used it as a base to explore down the coast to Digby and Yarmouth and up into the Annapolis Valley. Host could not have been more helpful!

Beautiful Apartment, Beautiful View, Beautiful Town

My daughter and I stayed in this beautiful apartment for a week and it was perfect for us. The location is great, the view from the deck is awesome, the apartment is tastefully decorated and has everything you need. There was a nice welcome basket waiting for us when we arrived which included a bottle of Nova Scotia brewed beer. Annapolis Royal is a beautiful town with lots to do locally and in the surrounding area. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Annapolis Royal.

Home away from Home!

This is an absolutely beautiful property. The minute we walked in we felt at home. It is beautifully decorated, immaculate and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the deck. It is walking distance to everything in Annapolis Royal. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to come back again. Updated unit on water

Beautifully decorated, spacious and well equipped 2nd floor unit with large deck overlooking the water. Everything in the unit, from kitchen supplies, bath towels, and two bicycles was first class. Very easy to walk to local sites…there were more restaurant and store options than we expected for such a small community.

Theatre week

I stayed at this ocean-front oasis while rehearsing for our theatrical production that we staged at Kings Theatre just down the street. It was the perfect spot. After late nights at the theatre it was great to just have to walk up the street to get home. Then coffee on the deck overlooking the Annapolis River was the perfect way to start the best day. One morning we even watched an eagle fly right over us carrying a fish he’d just caught for his breakfast.

Canada Day Getaway

So very happy we found this listing. Could not have been more surprised with all the amenities the host provided. From the wonderful welcome basket to all the little things like toiletries and kitchen supplies. It was so nice and appreciated to see everything match (instead of outdated odds and ends that many places have), everything working properly (nothing broken or needed fixing). The view from the balcony is unbeatable and everything is within walking distance. We normal do not like giving max rates (as there is always usually room for improvement) but if we could give this property a higher ranking we would. Great location on the water in wonderful town

This property was a joy to stay in. Everything you could possibly need was supplied and the unit was spotless. The shower is just amazing. We spent a lot of time sitting on the deck enjoying the views. You can walk to anything in town from this property, and the town is large enough that you have shopping and restaurants and entertainment right there. I have a slightly bad knee and still had no trouble walking to all the downtown businesses. Make sure to go to King's theatre if you can - we saw an amazing show there. The location is also very close to other famous areas like Digby, and many historical sights and whale watching. You can't go wrong with this listing.

Absolute Perfection

We stay in several hotels and vrbo type rentals every year. This is the absolute best! The apartment is conveniently located on the main street in Annapolis Royal, walking distance to all amenities, including the (very fun) open air market, grocery stores, liqour/beer store, shops, Botanical gardens, Fort Ann, nature walks. The unit itself is airy and bright with high ceilings and fabulous views of the river. It has been tastefully designed and decorated with lovely furnishings and linens (towels galore) and attention to detail. Modern appliances make vacation life a breeze and the inviting deck is furnished with a bbq, patio table for 4 with umbrella and 2 comfy Adirondack chairs and side table (for your sundowner glass of wine or beer).We have stayed here 3 times now and it’s always perfect and Tracey is an amazing and resposive host. We’d give it 10 stars if we could!

We were really impressed with the flat that Tracy has. The modern design is beautiful and the location perfect. The flat is spotless and very well stocked. We appreciated the welcome basket. Annapolis Royal is a cute spot and watching the tides from Tracy’s place is awesome.

Amazing stay in Annapolis Royal

Tracy has done an outstanding job creating a space that is both welcoming and comfortable. It is beautifully appointed, containing anything one might need and including thoughtful items (cream for coffee, etc.) that helped to make our stay perfect. We both remarked that we could live happily there it was that lovely. And the icing on the cake is the deck overlooking the Basin - a wonderful space to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine to watch the sun set. We’ll be back!
