Our self-catering chalet is the perfect setting for guests who want to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Our Luxury Lodges (opened Feb 2019) overlook our private 1 acre fishing lake and have spectacular views over The Chiltern Hills (an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty). Each lodge has its own private veranda and outdoor hot tub and all beds feature award winning Simba hybrid mattresses, pillows and quilts and have Egyptian Cotton bedding.

Each lodge has a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and all items required to undertake some serious home from home cooking.

Our 1 Bedroom lodges have the bonus of a 2 person Sauna located in the luxurious ensuite bathroom, which features a free standing bath and separate walk-in shower.

The Pool House (opened May 2016) is our studio chalet which can sleep 4. It features a private seasonally heated outdoor swimming pool, enclosed fenced in garden area and a year round outdoor hot tub. The Pool House has a Tempur memory foam mattress with Egyptian Cotton bedding.

For birdwatchers, our fishing lake is surrounded by trees and is home to red kites, kingfishers, sparrowhawks, woodpeckers, buzzards, kestrels, ducks, moor hens, pheasants and some very friendly robins and wrens. In the evening you are likely to see foxes, badgers, rabbits, munt jack and deer.

With two public footpaths running through the farm, walkers and cyclists can quickly and easily get on to the Phoenix trail and The Ridgeway, with miles upon miles of footpaths and bridleways to explore.

If you are an angler, then you have unlimited and inclusive access to fish our 1 acre carp and coarse lake during your stay.

All of our accommodation have LG Smart 4K UHD TV's in the main living area along with a Sky Q satellite receiver with Entertainment, Movies and Sky Sports channels. Each TV also has access to multiple streaming apps, including Netflix, Apple TV, Disney Plus, Prime Video, BBC iPlayer, ITV X, All 4 & Demand5).
