Cozy Flat in a Great Location

We stayed in London for 3 days during an 8-day holiday in the UK. When our accommodations fell through the week before our trip, we found this flat available and the price was great. The flat is comfortable and had several extras (tea was a nice touch). Some of the finishes and fixtures in the flat were a little worn and may benefit from some attention, but the overall comfort and decor of the flat were nice.

Horrible experience.

We had a problem with the lock on a Friday night and we could not reach anyone, the Housemanager or anyone. We had 2 small children who fell asleep on the stairs. Finally we called a Locksmith who opened the door for us. After that, when we asked for a reimbursement for the 500 pounds the locksmith charge, you said no and now don’t take calls nor answer emails.you don’t show any respect to your client. And Saying that the lock worked when we check in is not a good response. Very disapointed.

disappointed with luxury promise

This apartment initially seemed promising due to its convenient location and advertised amenities. However, the reality fell far short of expectations. Upon arrival, we were immediately put off by the heavily stained carpet and an overpowering scent of perfume. Despite our attempts to air out the apartment daily, the fragrance remained a persistent issue. It became clear that this was more than just reed diffusers. The photos in the listing were outdated or heavily edited, painting a picture that we were getting a fancy apartment. While the location was convenient and the extra space was beneficial for our family, we were disappointed with the lack of luxury advertised. It was not a terrible apartment by any means, but for the cost and from the photos we expected better. While the washing machine was a helpful amenity, we were disappointed with the condition of the travel crib provided. Thankfully, the management was very responsive and replaced it. Overall, while this apartment served as a temporary residence, it did not meet the high standards we had hoped for based on the advertising. My baby and toddler had a blast running around and only hit their heads on the nice glass tables a few times until they learned the layout. For anyone with strollers, there are a few steps up into the building and then after the elevator there may be a few steps to your room too. It was challenging at times with our double stroller but doable.

Cosy in a brilliant location

Small apartment, but we expected this in such a great location. Facilities were fine although washing machine/dryer seemed inefficient and slow. Beds were OK but pillows were a contrast between too hard or too soft. Location is the key for this apartment.

Comfortable and cozy flat in excellent location

My husband and I were thrilled to find this flat to stay in during our holiday to the UK. We loved the location of this flat -- just a couple of steps away from an underground tube and near some great high-end restaurants and amenities. Some of the fixtures of the flat are a little worn, but everything was clean, the decor was lovely, and the bathroom was updated nicely. Make sure to connect with the property management about your time of arrival; we didn't realize we needed to make prior plans to meet up with them and had to call when we were already outside the flat. The manager came over immediately to help, so timeliness wasn't an issue -- just a heads up. This was a fantastic place to stay for a wonderful price!
