Nicely designed and spacious apartment that consists of two bedrooms, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, two bathrooms and terrace. This apartment is located in the family house, in a quite place. From loung area you will enjoy one of the most spectacular seviews, gazing at the calm sea of Cavtat bay. It is best choice for families with children who prefere peace, but also be close to the main touristic atrractions.
You are welcome to use swimming pool, little gym and sauna, that you can find in the house complex.

Great accommodations

We loved our apartment with an amazing view of the bay! The owners are very helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Apartments carol

Stayed at these apartments for 2 weeks. The stay was very pleasant would go again, would recommend. Owners very polite and accommodating and where very helpful. The only downside was the hill you had to walk up and down to get anywhere. Had to be on the hill for the most amazing views.

Villa on upea! Kaksi makuuhuonetta ja kylpyhuonetta antoivat yksityisyyttä vanhemmille ja teineille matkustettaessa perheen kanssa. Sängyt ovat tosi mukavat ja villa muutenkin moderni ja tosi siisti. Keittiössä on kaikki tarvittava ruoan laittoon ja oleskelutilaa on riittävästi. Olohuoneen/keittiön isoista ikkunoista avautuva näköala on uskomaton! Auringonlaskun upeat värit näkee suoraan villalta. Isäntäperhe on todella sympaattinen ja asuvat samassa talossa. Uima-allas on majoittujien käytössä ja saimmekin olla siellä ihan omassa rauhassa ainakin huhti-toukokuun vaihteessa Sijainti on tosi hyvä. Tommy-kauppa on noin 100metrin päässä ja sieltä saa kaiken tarvittavat ruoat ja juomat - tosin jos käy vähän edempänä esim. Lidlissä, on tarvikkeet jonkin verran halvempia. Villalta on n. 10-15 min kävelymatka Cavtatin keskustaan, jossa on ravintoloita ja esim. veneet ja risteilylaivoja lähtee sieltä. Paluumatka onkin sitten hikitreeni, sillä ylämäkeen kävellään ja loppumatka on pystyjyrkkää :D Mutta uber-taksi maksaa kylästä villalle n. 4 euroa, joten ensimmäisen ylämäkitreenin jälkeen turvauduimme siihen. Isäntä pariskunta auttoi meitä todella paljon. He hakivat meidät kentältä ja antoivat monta vinkkejä, missä kannattaa käydä. Vuokrasimme auton 3 pv:ksi ja he hoitivat vuokrauksen suoraan kentältä. Emäntä Ivana oli tosi ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Kun palaan Dubrovnikiin, palaan varmuudella tähän villaan! Suosittelen!

Tolles Objekt mit hervorragender Lage

Sehr nette unkomplizierte Vermieter im Objekt. Reagieren sofort auf Anfragen. Super Lage für Ausflüge, ein Einkaufsmarkt nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß, 5 Minuten vom Flughafen mit dem Auto und die Vermieter hätten uns auch abgeholt. Einrichtung ist modern und alles war sauber. Auch die Handtücher bekamen wir nach 3 Tagen gewechselt. Alles in allem echt Top.

Sehr schöne Lage, fast luxuriöse Wohnung

Die Lage mit direktem Blick auf‘s Meer ist ganz wunderbar. Restaurants in zahlreicher Auswahl sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen, wenn man sich, wie wir, gerne bewegt (Entfernung 1-2 Kilometer, auf dem Rückweg starker Anstieg). Wenn man ja n Kroatien nicht unmittelbar am Wasser residiert, ist das Bezwingen eines Hanges auf dem Rückweg zur Bleibe übrigens kaum zu vermeiden, da das Gebirge gleich hinter dem Strand beginnt. Die Wohnung ist sehr ordentlich eingerichtet und sauber; auch die Matratzen sind gut, was ja leider nicht selbstverständlich ist. Im Nachhinein hätten wir uns nur bei der Einweisung mehr Informationen gewünscht. Die Auflagen für die Liegen am Pool, die Waschmaschine usw. haben wir durch Zufall gefunden. Wer weiß, was wir noch übersehen haben.

Had a wonderful stay at Carol's!

Carol were a superb host. The apartment was really nice with a magical view. Nice beds and fresh bathrooms. Stayed for two weeks and Carol even cleaned the apartment mid-stay! At our arrival she hade made us some cake to welcome us! Cavtat is a cosy small town and great located - near the airport and also near Dubrovnik center. Would gladly recommend to everybody :) / Elin

Tolle und saubere Wohnung

Die Vermieter sind sehr Gastfreundlich und schauen zum Wohl der Gäste. Wir waren über Weihnachten in Cavtat und daher angewiesen auf eine warme Wohnung, das wir geniessen konnten. Gerne wieder.

Fantastic holiday

My husband, 11 year old son and I stayed in apartment 4 then moved to apartment 2 as this was the only availabilty when we booked, both lovely clean apartments with balconies and superb views however its the owner Kate who makes these apartments special, she is so helpful and offers lifts to and from Cavtat which we didn't use as we enjoyed the walk, albeit a very steep hill at one point - helped work off our lovely meals we enjoyed in Cavtat. Also ate at the apartments a couple of times, meals are prepared by Monica - no menu she will make you whatever you want, all was delicious especially her carbonara!! Beaches are all pebbly so buy the rubber shoes, found some great rocks to jump from but better watching the local guys who congregate after work to dive off the rocks and into the shallowest pools! Dubrovnik is only 30 mins away on the No. 10 bus so we visited on many occasions, it is a beautiful city with lots of gorgeous shops and restaurants and a lovely ambience. We drove to Zadar on our last day as were flying from there and took the coastal road as far as Split, the scenery was the most amazing I've ever seen and would def considering returning to Croatia to see more of this area.

Excellent Apartments

Stayed at Apartments Carol with friends in June. The apartments are a perfect base for Cavtat. They are simple but spotlessly clean and are equipped with just about everything you need. If you have a seaview the views are spectacular!! Kate and her family can't do enough for you and will pick you up from the airport and even give you lifts into and back from Cavtat to save you walking up the hill. We would definitely recommend these apartments

nice vacation

We've had a very nice holiday in Cavtat. Cavtat is a nice and small town with nice restaurants. We loved the big yachts in front of the restaurants. We have visited Dubrovnik and Kotor ( in Montenegro) both are very nice citys to visit. Our appartment was nice, we had a nice seaview just like you see in the pictures. A nice big swimmingpool in front.The family is very kind and helpfull. We would reallly recommend it to everyone.

Our place is ideal because it is near the main touristic spots and very good base for exploring the surrounding areas, yet it is in peaceful family houses neighborhood.

At our place you will for sure experience one of the most beautiful sunsets in your life- breathtaking sea view over the Cavtat bay and Elafitti islands in the distance, both from the pool area and from the sofa in the living room.
