Appartement-Prestige-SDB privée avec douche-Vue sur Jardin-Apartment 4

This is a luxury two-bedroom self-contained apartment with an open plan kitchen, bedroom and bathroom (52 sqm) on the first floor of the Alum Chine Beach House.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. The bedrooms both have queen-sized beds. Bedrooms and lounge have freeview flatscreen TVs.

This apartment runs from one side of the building to the other with one bedroom looking out onto a quiet residential road from the bedroom while the open plan lounge opens onto the chine.

The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in rain-style shower. Fresh towels and linen are provided and for stays longer than 7 days the towels will be replaced.

Pets are allowed although you must notify us in advance and there is £20 additional fee, per pet
Foldaway Bed provided at a £15 additional fee
Alum Chine Beach House is a collection of 6 luxury apartments located moments from the Bournemouth Beach and its glorious 7 miles of Golden Sand. Each apartment is finished to a very high standard with high quality furnishings throughout, en-suite shower rooms with rain-head showers and kitchens including all the facilities to prepare anything for a light breakfast through to a full evening meal.

I called it the Alum Chine Beach House as it sums up how I feel about the place, it's super close to the beach, it has the feel of a big Victorian house and we try to make our guests feel relaxed and at home the moment they check in. Leticia is the Reservation Manager and will be your first point of contact throughout your stay. She has been at Alum Chine Beach House now for a while and knows the place inside out and is always more than happy to help with any questions or queries.

The properties are located in Westbourne, just to the west of Bournemouth, which is one of the most elegant and fashionable parts of Bournemouth with an urban village feel. It is definitely not your usual high-street; there is a vast selection of independent stores, cafes and restaurants and is truly a unique shopping experience. Of course the best attraction of the area is the gorgeous golden sands! Alum Chine beach is far quieter than the beaches closer to Bournemouth town centre although is equally as sandy and inviting

The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and in a quiet area. It was about a 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Buses were nearby but the timetable was a bit difficult to follow. I would recommend it.

Wonderful place to stay in westbourne

This is an excellent place to stay, ideally located between the beautiful beaches and the facilities in Westbourne. We stayed in apartment 4 which is a two bedroom flat on the first fooor with a cosy integrated kitchen/living room. We’ve also previously stayed twice in number 6 which is a compact 1 bed flat on the 2nd floor. The kitchens are well equipped and the bathrooms are excellent, The pre-arrival communication from the property manager was timely and helpful.

fantastic family time in perfect location

We spent a couple of winter months in Alumchine beach house and had a great time with family, who joined us after Christmas. We enjoyed staying in very comfortable and well equipped apartments. Customer service was excellent, very flexible and prompt. Location in Alum Chine suited us perfectly, never had any problem to park our second car outside. Wifi was good for average use as shared with other guests but the area is well covered with 5G Networks (vodafone and Three). Definitely recommended

A wonderful stay in a wonderful apartment

Relaxing stay with our spaniel, in a wonderful apartment(no.4) two bedrooms both with en-suites, a kitchen diner lounge.With parking right outside the window. Everything we could have wanted. Location was great too. Only a short walk to the suspension bridge over the Alum Chine. By going under the bridge you could walk to the sea in minutes. Had just the best fish and chips ever. They were delicious. The best way to recharge our batteries. We cant wait to visit again.Thank you so much.

I live in the building in the garden apartment so am often on hand to offer a warm welcome to out-of-town guests or offer advice on the best restaurants and fun things to do in the area if you should need some guidance. We are keen to respect your security and privacy and each apartment is self-contained with its door entry system. We also have CCTV throughout the building and surrounding the property, just to give you peace of mind, Alum Chine is a very safe area.
