Profitez des vues spectaculaires du lever du soleil depuis les ponts sur l'un des 2 niveaux d'espace de vie. Situé sur S. West Bay Shore Dr. 3 chambres, plus une salle familiale / chambre à coucher de type loft. 2 salles de bain à l'intérieur et demi-bain avec accès à la piscine. 10 couchages

1 très grand lit, 2 grands lits et 2 canapés-lits (un dans la salle familiale à l'étage, un au niveau principal). Ouverture de la piscine creusée à température contrôlée du 28 mai au 7 septembre. 1.

One Fine Bay est la maison de plage parfaite. Vous adorerez la magnifique cuisine gastronomique avec lave-vaisselle et le salon à aire ouverte en bas. Laveuse / sécheuse. 2 grandes télévisions à écran plat vous permettent de regarder un film ou de regarder le match après une journée de dégustation de vins. Télévision par câble, WIFI, station d'accueil pour iPod, stéréo. La salle de bain principale dispose d'une baignoire de trempage indépendante qui est à tomber par terre. Les matins frais, allumez la cheminée ou les jours plus chauds, détendez-vous dans la climatisation centrale.

Lisez un livre, travaillez votre bronzage et détendez-vous sur la pelouse herbeuse qui donne directement sur votre plage privée. Les kayaks sont fournis avec un petit quai pour un accès facile. Utilisez le gril ou faites des s'mores dans le foyer pendant que les enfants barbotent dans la piscine.
One Fine Bay se trouve à 5 minutes du centre-ville de Traverse City et à une courte distance en voiture de Suttons Bay et des vignobles locaux. Faites une excursion d'une journée dans les dunes de l'ours endormi. Profitez de sentiers de randonnée, de festivals, de boutiques locales, de galeries d'art et d'excellents restaurants. A joy for all ages

A beautiful view of the bay, nice private sandy beach, a beautiful pool, and a comfortable and accomodating home highlight this wonderful property. However, one does have to learn how to maneuver a fairly steep driveway off of a very busy State highway. Especially, with two vehicles.

Bayshore Half Marathon

We couldn’t have picked a better location and setup with our daughter and son-in-law and their kids over the Memorial Day Holiday. They both ran in the Bayshore Half Marathon there, it was super close to all things in TC, their kids were super content playing baseball on the bay-side lawn, swimming in the pool, or looking for Petosky stones in the water. The bedrooms were large, the bedding and beds were soft and wonderfully comfortable too. The bathroom off thr pool was completely a fabulous idea! The home was perfectly stocked and we wanted for nothing! The only bummer was M22 right at thr driveway but we never spent time at all on that side. I have to say that thr communication and kindness of this owner was super. Very thorough and expectations were spelled out. Even two kayaks were there to use along with so many pool and sand toys! The kids will most likely run in thr Bayshore next year so we are Hopi g to be back. Thanks a bunch!!

A heavenly getaway that's close to everything

A tasteful, thoughtfully designed home with several living and dining spaces, all overlooking the beautiful bay. The pool and surrounding patio are a terrific addition to the private sandy beach which is ideal for sunbathing, sandcastle making and watching the sun set around the campfire. Minutes from Traverse City, Sutton's Bay, wineries and a nature walking trail, which helps because there's no immediate walking path. Loved our stay!

Small slice of paradise

Property was perfect for our family with 2 kids. Pool was clean and warm, beach was beautiful, home was clean and very comfortable. Location is great too, only 5 minute drive to downtown Traverse City & various vineyards, and only 30 minutes to the Sleepy Bear Dunes.

Family Trip

Our check-in to the property was easy and the house was clean. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had about the house. For the time of the year, the lake was cold but we were still able to utilize the supplied canoes and enjoy the fire pit on the beach. The pool area was clean and well maintained.

Peaceful Lakeside Retreat

One Fine Bay was a great rental with updated finishes and living spaces made to house a large group. Waking up to the sound of the lake and sun rising above the Old Mission Peninsula was a great way to start the day.

Beautiful scenery

The property is literary on the lake. Beautiful scenery. One minor issue: too close to the main road, so a bit noise. Also hard to get the car out of the driveway. House is beautifully decorated and comfortable.

The beach did not disappoint :)

What drew us to One Fine Bay was the large beach area, flat yard, and proximity to downtown TC. The house is beautiful and spacious. The only slight bummer was that we had to do some cleaning when we arrived. The countertops were sticky, there was hair in the sink, some of the dishes had not been cleaned. We expected more cleanliness since there was a cleaning fee, and especially during Covid times. Despite that minor issue, we had a great time and would stay again. Lovely, lovely place!

Magical Holiday Retreat

We rented this home over Thanksgiving and it was even more beautiful than we anticipated. This home was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay and I enjoyed all of the small touches, including the board games, books and binoculars to view the peninsula across the bay. I woke up each morning to watch the sunrise - the views from the upstairs are just as impressive as the main level. Check in was a breeze! I look forward to returning for another visit in the summer months.

This house was lovely and in an amazing location! We had a small mix-up with what bedding was going to be provided because of Covid precautions but Rich Green (the host) was super responsive and helpful and made sure we had what we needed. Thanks so much for an amazing stay!

Perfect Location

Great location! Own private beach! Nice layout. Upon arrival we had to clean for a hour. Sand on floors and furniture. Knats on windowsills, spots on tile, dust, Keurig was filthy with old water left in it. Once we cleaned it was lovely! Very good rates.

We loved this house!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: One Fine Bay was lovely. Close to downtown, easy to get to the wineries. Awesome beach and great view! The front bedroom was a little noisy since it faces a busy road. Beds were comfortable. We'd book this house again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house and the support from the management company, and overall had a great stay. My only concern was the lower level bath, which had a 4" step in the middle, with no visual clues. I fell (before any wine!), and two of us had near misses, though fortunately no bad injuries. We moved things to mark that area.

One Fine Stay

One Fine Bay is an wonderful property. It has it all, Beach, pool, fire pit and our favorite, nice back lawn. The family played waffle ball, bocce, badminton and frisbee. Wonderful family place, extremely well kept and Richard was very helpful on any questions we had. Better hurry and book it...we booked a year in advance to make sure we got the week we wanted! Just awesome!

Grand Traverse Adventures

We had a wonderful time staying on the water of Grand Traverse Bay. One Fine Bay is spacious and in a great location for exploring. The Greens communicated extremely well and ensured that all was well. I would recommend the property to anyone looking for adventures around Traverse City.

Perfect summer escape

This place was a perfect isolated getaway during the pandemic (and would be anytime). The sandy and rocky beach was perfect size for entertaining children and relaxing adults, as well as rock hounds searching for petoskey stones! The pool was the perfect temperature, and being enclosed by a wall and gate from the beach was nice on very breezy days. The large main bathroom with a giant tub and dual showerheads in the shower also aided in relaxation and fun for kids at bath time. The master suite having its own patio onto the beach was beautiful. The amole upstairs area allows for spreading out indoors if needed on rainy days. Kitchen was well stocked. Laundry machines work great, but do plan to bring laundry supplies as desired. Our family had a relaxing and magical time enjoying all this home has to offer! We already rebooked for next year, and cannot wait to be back! Thank you to Richard for fast communication, and sharing his special home with us!

Beautiful Bay & Family Memories

Our family enjoyed the TC summer vacation in this big house right on the water. I didn’t realize how large the sandy beach was until we arrived. We spend most of our days on the kayaks, building sand castles, skipping rocks, playing Marco Polo in the private pool, eating lunch with the massive kitchen and dining room with the spectacular water view. The master bathroom has two shower heads which makes it perfectly quick for little ones getting ready for a downtown TC dinner. We had some warm nights so I would recommend bringing your own fans for cooling down bedrooms while sleeping. The upstairs two bedrooms and loft area were perfect for our three kids to spread out. This house has beautiful woodwork, updated tile and fixtures. Richard was available over the phone or text if we had any issues. Totally recommend for families!
