Very spacious and comfortably furnished, the apartment sleeps four and features an open space area with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and a bright living / dining room with a privileged view of the sea and of the Ria Formosa lagoon. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a private bathroom with shower, while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The second bathroom also with shower is located in the hallway.
With a southward orientation, the apartment offers a wide balcony with table and chairs with great sun exposure most of the day and a spectacular water view where you can admire a marvellous sunset. It is ideal for year-round occupation.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided free of charge, as well as International TV channels and wifi.
The departure cleaning service on the amount of âŹ80,00 is mandatory and will be charged on arrival in cash.
Beach / pool towels are provided at a surcharge of âŹ6,00 each and payment in cash is due on arrival.
The city tax on the amount of âŹ2,00 per person, per night (max of 5 nights) is due on arrival in cash.

This charming two-bedroom apartment is located in the Arte Nova Resort, in the fishing village of Fuseta, east of OlhĂŁo. Relatively unspoilt, the town offers plenty of open-air restaurants serving grilled fresh fish at the side of the small harbour and unique experiences like seeing fisherman loading or unloading their boats for the day. Apart from the various local supermarkets throughout this picturesque town, the municipal market located near the harbour also offers a huge variety of local and fresh products, including fish and seafood.
