Hosting three bedrooms; one king-size with an en-suite shower room and Juliet balcony, one double with a Juliet balcony, and a twin, along with a shower room, and a ground-floor shower room, sleeping a total of eight guests. There is a kitchen, a utility, and a living room/diner with a woodburning stove and a sofa bed. To the outside is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, seating and a hot tub, as well as off-road parking. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, there is a pet supplement of £25 per pet per stay. NB As a general rule, hot tub guidance is that the maximum safe amount of time to soak in a hot tub will be 15 minutes in 104° F (40° C) water and up to 30 minutes if the water temperature is between 95-100° F. However, the ambient air temperature or alcohol consumption can shorten those times. Hot tub usage is also only recommended for children over the age of twelve years.
