Profitez de l'une des plus belles plages du monde dans ce condo récemment rénové, offrant une vue panoramique sur le golfe du Mexique, situé à Destin, en Floride, le long de la côte d'Émeraude. Niché dans cette communauté privée et fermée, ce havre de paix propose une suite principale avec un lit king-size, un nouveau matelas et un lecteur TV / lecteur Blue Ray 32 ". La suite d'invités comprend un lit queen-size, un lit superposé et une télévision de 81 cm. Le salon a un nouveau canapé-lit queen et un lecteur TV / Blue Ray de 50 ". Câble gratuit, Internet haut débit et WIFI protégé par mot de passe fourni. La cuisine est équipée d'appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, d'un ensemble complet d'ustensiles de cuisson, d'un four micro-ondes, d'un grille-pain, d'une cafetière, d'une cocotte en terre battue, d'un mixeur, d'un gaufrier, etc.

A Family Getaway

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the Unit was nice. I was very concerned that a majority of the locks on the doors in the Unit did not work, including the sliding glass door. The front door would often not close all of the way so we had to be careful with that door too. There was a definite urine odor at times in the Unit. I believe the smell was coming from the guest bedroom bed and/or the couch, but it was evident that someone soiled something. I think a few items just need to be professionally cleaned and the door locks need to be fixed for a rating of very satisfied. We love The Islander and always love or stay. Destin is a fantastic family destination.

Reviewer Comments: Couch was not very clean- needs to be professionally cleaned Toilet handle in guest bathroom almost fell off.Toilet seat in master bathroom needs tightened, seat isn’t secure.Door on vanity in the master bathroom is missing screws for the hinge on the left side. Door is not secured to the vanity.Floors were not clean. If you walk around barefoot your feet turn black. Sand is expected but not to be filthy. Proper cleaning and maintenance isn’t being done in this rental property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been home for a little over a week and I am still devasted. This is my third stay here and I feel like I was scammed.206 was disgusting. I paid for platinum plus, but it was filthy and no one seemed to care to make it right. I sent an email, and went to the front desk immediately on day 1. No one helped me. All I asked for was the room to be cleaned, new toilet seats and a new mattress cover. I got none of this. Walking in the room smelled like butt or rotten eggs. The garbage disposal was broken. They gave me a bottle of water and vinegor. I had to walk to front desk to get. They told me to only use a tiny bit. So I ended up going to target for vinegar and baking soda to help with the odor. 2nd bedroom smelled heavily of smoke. The bottom bunk had a huge pee stain on the mattress cover and had black ash all over the bedspread. I went down to front desk to ask for a new mattress cover, but front desk lady brought us up some pad to put on top of the pee stain. We did not end up using the second bedroom at all. They gave me a deodorizer to spray in the room, but to not use much. We closed the spare bedroom door and put a towel at bottom of the door so the smoke smell would not escape. We could not sleep on a pee stain bed with ashes on it that smeared. I let front desk know so they would know I did not smoke. I do not smoke and I always make sure to stay at smoke free per free places because of allergies. The bathroom toilet seats had severe cracks everywhere. In my 50 years of life, I have never seen cracks on a toilet seat. It had so many spots where bacteria could hang out. It had chips and cracks all over the toilet seat. I asked for new toilet seats and was told they would check with maintenance, but they did they nothing. One bathroom shower was completely covered in black mold. Obviously our room was never cleaned. The bathroom floor was covered in hair. The bedding in master room was covered in hair. The couch and chairs were stained. I have pics

Excellent Experience!

This location was excellent in regards to the beach and Destin. The pool was wonderful, a short 1 minute walk to the most beautiful beach and water out of anywhere we have seen in Florida. The in unit washer and dryer were a definite plusI would highly recommend this place! A few suggestions from our stay. A k-cup coffee maker would be a bit easier. A roll of paper towel in the kitchen would be nice. A few maintenance things to take care of are tightening the toilet seat in the master bath, adjusting the lock on the patio door handle as it locks a bit hard, and adjust the pot holder drawer as it likes to open by itself and stay open. All minor things that did not affect our stay.

We stayed in 3 different units this year due to availability and this was our favorite. We've never stayed in a unit with washer/dryer combo, this was very nice, but it means you only have one sink in the master bathroom. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms are always a plus. Overall a very nice, clean unit. The appliances and nice. Our grandkids enjoyed the bunk beds in the spare bedroom when they visited. Only negatives - I'd prefer to be on a higher floor because of noise from the pool area and the view is more desirable. The cabinets have been repainted and the finish is kind of rough. I could hear running water in the middle of the night from the second bathroom. I would get up thinking a toilet was running, but I think it was from the unit above is.

The beach had washed away considerably since last time we visited. We love the Islander. Safe and great location. The teenagers did their own thing and I didn't have to worry.
