Cette location de vacances en bord de mer est située à Destin en Floride le long de la Côte d'Emeraude. La location de condo # 506 peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes avec un lit king dans la chambre principale, une télévision 32 ', 2 lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'amis 27' et un canapé-lit dans le salon 48 '. Appareils de cuisine mis à jour. Mise à jour de la zone familiale. Sectionnel familial confortable avec fauteuil d'appoint. Destin's Beach est à quelques pas avec une vue magnifique depuis votre balcon privé. Toutes les unités sont non-fumeurs.

Great Place

This property is right on the beach with a great balcony view. Only complaints are master bedroom bed had very hard mattress and living room TV did not have an HDMI input. Would absolutely stay here again.

Ready to go back

Our stay wasn’t long enough, ready to go back, and I would look into staying here again. Love that the complex isn’t massive en in size, so people aren’t on top of each other. The 2 bedrooms fit our family wonderfully. We did use the washer on 2nd level and that wasn’t an issue. Can’t wait to go back!

My wife has been going there since she was a kid. This unit was good overall. Suggestions for improvement would be new mattresses especially the king bed, dvd players that actually work, and a rug for living room. The tile only in living area can get slick with sand.

The couch needs replacing and the AC doesn’t seem to cool very well. The lighting in the bathroom is very dim. Other than that another great trip at The Islander!

The beds are quite comfortable. The sectional sofa, though it looks good needs to be replaced. I hope the owners will replace it. Other then that we have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. The unit was very clean as well as the grounds and common spaces. The staff is friendly and guest are so nice and fun to be around.

Summer tradition!

Every year has been a different unit. 506 was perfect for our trip - 3 teenage girls and 2 adults. Always a great vacation and this property hasn’t let us down. The only issue is the elevators- one was down and when it was working we decided not to take it due to the function not at 100%. They had work being done on it but I’m sure the high use in this climate makes it hard. Again, overall great stay.

The staff was super friendly!! The unit was clean. The kitchen lacked many amenities and the selection of pots, pans and utensils. I had a hard time making food in the unit with what was there. That was a challenge. And no simple dry goods like salt and pepper? Or garbage bags? I had to buy everything then dispose of it after only using a few... super wasteful!!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at The Islander for 7 years however our first time in unit 506. The beds in the unit are less than desirable and do not offer much comfort. Bathrooms have mold on grout. We enjoyed our week but will look for a more updated unit in the future.

Great Condo - Great Location

Great condo in a great location. Our family of five (3 kids 12-17) had a wonderful time in Destin. Condo worked great for us. PROS: *Great location with beautiful view *Great dining table and big couch in the living room for family time at night *Property well maintained and not crowded *Loved having two chairs and an umbrella on the beach CONS: *All three televisions in condo definitely need updated *Very limited kitchen items, dishes and amenities

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: One of the worse units we have stayed in.The location was great but the amenities were few. It appears to be a unit that is just there for rent and as if the owner is just collecting money. As a landlord I provide families what I would want to have if I was living there and this is definitely not the mantra of this owner. I will never recommend or rent it again.The unit needs to be upgraded: furniture, lighting, pots,Bedding, utensils etc. we have enjoyed the Islander But will never return to unit 506

I am sorry you feel this way about this unit. I have passed along your comments to the owner. This is a silver unit while we do have platinum units that have been completely remodeled.

Lots of things in the kitchen to use. Love the location. Pools and hot tubs are nice! We could even see fireworks from the pool one nigh! Great view from the balcony. Love that we got two chairs and umbrella with our rental. Close to everything! Would like to stay again.

Family Vacation

The room itself was amazing and just what I needed for the family. The west pool being closed the last night we were there was really disappointing. They said someone would clean it the following morning but it was just the maintenance man who cleaned said pool so I don’t understand why it wasn’t done that night.
