Unité 604-Sea & Sun Gold Condo! Surplombe le golfe du Mexique! Svc GRATUIT

Les invités à long terme doivent partir avant le 1er mars pour permettre aux Spring Breakers ... Cette condo en copropriété en bord de mer est situé à Destin, en Floride, le long de la côte d'émeraude. Condo # 604 peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes avec un lit king size dans la chambre principale 42 'TV, deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'amis 20' TV et un canapé-lit dans le salon 55 '. Cette unité dispose de trois nouveaux HDTV tous avec des lecteurs de DVD à rayons bleus. L'unité 604 a été rénovée par un designer d'intérieur professionnel. L'unité dispose d'une nouvelle peinture, de nouvelles tuiles, de nouveaux éclairage, de nouveaux meubles et de nouveaux matelas et de literie dans les deux chambres. La salle de bains principale a été entièrement mise à jour avec une belle vanité et une douche à l'italienne au printemps 2015. Toutes les unités sont non-fumeurs. La plage est à quelques pas et l'unité 604 a une vue directe sur le golfe du balcon privé. Cette unité comprend un ensemble de plage gratuit composé de deux chaises longues et d'un parasol.

Wonderful stay

Wonderful location, activities each day for kids (but even my teens enjoyed it). Saw dolphins multiple days! Wonderful chair guy Alan made sure we were taken care of on the beach everyday.

The pictures are accurate. You have a great view of the ocean and the walk to the beach takes mere minutes. The location is wonderful and the condo is fantastic. I recommend staying here!

We do our best to keep uniformity and have all our units stocked with as much as we think our guests will need. Where else could you stay with blenders, cookie sheets, pizza pans and muffin tins?

Minutes from Target, Big Kahunas, and plenty of restaurants. The only downside was not having a washer/dryer in the unit but there is a coin laundry on site if necessary. We will definitely book here again next time we’re visiting Destin!

Honestly I paid for a Gold condo and this condo really didn't deserve the Gold price. I thought the walls needed painting, there was work needed on the floor boards, etc. No fans in the rooms, but the furniture was nice and comfortable.

604 wonderful, The Islander needs a new cleaning company!

We liked the tile floor because it was easy to sweep up sand.That said the cleaning company The Islanderuses was terrible The toilet was full of mold. If I was the owners ofUnit 604 I would be very upset as it is a reflection on them. The cleanliness was not their fault.

The condo was so beautiful, has everything you may need to cook in kitchen, which honestly is a much better option than going to these over rated expensive restaraunts that have a 2-3 hr wait.But this resort and the beach are worth the trip. Very accomodating place. They have convenient shopping carts and luggage carts that make unloading easy. Theres an elevator in the lobby, 2 pools. Overall very happy with this experience. The price for the location and proximity to the beach to me seemed very reasonable and accesible.You also have included two seats on the beach with umbrella per room.Wifi included, TV's come with Roku and had access to netflix.There's other apps on Roku but we didn't try them since we out enjoying the beach and pool 😎.Overall nice experience !

Relaxing reset

It was a nice condo. It wasnt the one inreserved. The property management apparently switched us to another condo per the owners request. That was fine but no one bothered to communicate that with us until I boticed the condo number change and had to reach out to make sure everything was okay. Eventually the property management answered me and explained. I have uet to hear anything back from the owners. Then when we got there we discovered that the batteries in our door lock had died and we xouldnt lock our condo if we left. Luckily the front desk lady was helpful and she called maintenance and my handy husband was able to follow his directions over the phone to get it fixed. After that it was smooth sailing though. The condo was and clean and we had a nice relaxing vscation. We really enjoyed the 2 complimentary beach chairs and Allen the chair attendant was great. You should give him a raise! All in all we had a great time and would come back again. Thanks Islander!!
