Sterling Shores is currently undergoing a beautification project focused on enhancing all balconies and walkways. Renovations are taking place Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and are expected to be completed by 1/29/26. Starting after Labor Day, guests may notice construction and dust during work hours. We appreciate your understanding as we work to improve the property.

We loved staying here! Great experience- everything is as pictured. This is the third time we’ve stayed at Sterling Shores and this was just as great as the previous times. Highly recommend!!

Sterling Shores

The nicest place we have ever stayed. We arrived in Destin earlier than our check in time, I contacted Shelly and she was more than accommodating on making sure we could get in our condo early. She was an amazing host, helping us with decisions on dinner and what to do during our stay. Everything we need was in the condo. There were two beach chairs, a small cooler and even a beach bag with 4 beach towels. I can’t say enough good things about the condo and about Shelly. We will definitely stay at Sterling Shores again. and when we do, we will use Shelly

Annual Stay

Hi there. I’ve stayed at Sterling Shores every year for going on about 6 years. It’s such a wonderful location, and the condos are always so clean and thoughtfully decorated. Instructions are always thorough and on time. I always recommend these condos to anyone visiting Destin. Don’t forget that The Back Porch is between the condos and the beach. Another plus! This condo is the place to be. Such incredible views from the large balcony! Cozy and decorated so nicely. Great location. I could go on and on. I wish we stayed longer. We’ll for sure be back soon!

Too noisy, inconsiderate people above our unit & parents let kids run around yelling & knocking on our door & run away yelling. Complained at desk & they didn’t help! Very upset so we checked out a day early. Never had this problem last year! Won’t be back!!

Beautiful Rental with a pretty view

The Condo was decorated simply and very nicely. Very spacious for 2 adults. The bath has a hot tub which could present a problem stepping in and out if you have challenges. The condo was very clean. There were four sets of towel which wasn’t enough towels in my opinion but there is a washer and dryer. Coffee maker is a Kcup so bring cups with you. Also, there were no paper towels provided unless I never found them. The restaurant and candy shop is walking distance which was nice. The property was very quiet and clean overall. We will definitely book again and it was my first Vacasa I must say I’m impressed. I’d choose Vacasa over the other two any day. There were no crazy rules or a bunch of cleaning to do before we left.

Perfect condo

We came on an extra cold night and came to a very clean and heated condo, we loved the location. The kitchen was well equipped to make breakfast like and dinner, BUT like others have mentioned the mattress needs replaced it is uncomfortable and sags in the middle.

Great location and view

The condo was great! The weather not so much. Didn't go to the beach or pool. Only complaints are there is no cable, just streaming so we couldn't watch the World Cup or football on Sat. At night, I brought DVDs but the player wasn't reading them and the remote didn't have batteries. My girlfriend was cold so I had to ask for a blanket the first night and then we ran out of TP on the second day. Housekeeping didn't leave any extra rolls so we had to use the pool bathroom. All minor stuff so no big deal. We would stay there again. Loved the back porch! Thank you!

Perfect and Painless Place to Stay
