Modern and very spacious, Villa Bahamas is a fantastic 6-bedroom villa with a prime location in Armação de Pêra, offering stunning sea views and just 600 meters from the best golden sandy beaches. Built and furnished to the highest standards throughout, this impressive villa provides all the amenities needed for a relaxing and luxurious holiday.

The property features 6 bedrooms, making it ideal for large families or multiple families vacationing together. One twin bedroom is located on the ground floor (with an en-suite bathroom), while another twin bedroom is on the lower floor (with a ceiling fan) and a separate bathroom. The remaining bedrooms are on the first floor: 2 twin bedrooms (both with en-suite bathrooms) and 2 double bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom), along with an additional shared bathroom.

Villa Bahamas offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning (cooling and heating) in all bedrooms, except for the lower floor, where a ceiling fan is provided.

The games room is located on the lower floor and includes table tennis, foosball, and a pool table, ensuring hours of entertainment. There are also comfortable sofas, a TV, and a small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and washing machine.

On the ground floor, the main living and dining areas are bright and stylish, featuring comfortable sofas, a TV, a dining area, a modern fully equipped kitchen, and a guest bathroom. Large windows bring in natural light and offer wonderful views of the balcony and pool, while sliding doors provide direct access to the outdoor space.

Outside, a large private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) invites you to cool off from the Algarve heat, relax on sun loungers by the pool, and, at the end of the day, enjoy the jacuzzi (available as an optional extra) for a warm and cozy evening. There is also a traditional barbecue, perfect for preparing delicious meals to be enjoyed on the balcony.

The location is one of the highlights of this property, as it is within walking distance of shops, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants and bars, making it ideal for a car-free holiday. The beautiful beaches of Armação de Pêra are just an 8-minute walk away.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

Changeover day is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
