âThe Parksideâ is a deceptively spacious 4 bedroom terraced town house located in the heart of Plymouth nearby the city centre with the added benefit of 2 off-road parking spaces and just a stoneâs throw away from Freedom Fields.
A spacious kitchen leads from the rear garden and parking area with separate dining room and shower room. The well-proportioned lounge with Juliet balcony overlooks the rear garden to the first floor with twin room down the hall and the extra 3 bedrooms located on the second floor with family bathroom.
It was nice having such a big house to use as we all had our own safe space each. Was a lovely location with easy access to town (20min walk) and other sights!
An excellent place to explore Plymouth. Roughly a 20 minute walk to the Barbican although, it is slightly hilly!
The house was comfortable and well hosted. Would come back.
This house is spacious and well equipped for a family stay. It is very close to Aldi for food and it is possible to walk into the Barbican area quite easily, just a bit hilly! It is close to the A38 and Dartmoor is not far away in the car. There plenty are places of interest and things to do in the area.

The property is ideally located in a complex-style development located a âstones throwâ from Freedom Fields; an open greenery ideal for dog walking and picnics with the benefit of a park and basketball court with cafe. The property is also just a 5/10-minute walk from Plymouth City Centre where guests can enjoy an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars.
Being so close to the city centre, the off-road parking for two is a huge benefit to the property and ideally located directly behind the rear garden where guests access the property.
