Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom house located in Great Sankey, Warrington. The house comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests and is perfect for families, groups of friends looking for a relaxing getaway or for contractors working in the area.
The property comprises a spacious living room with smart leather sofas and a flat screen TV. The modern fitted kitchen/dining room spans the length of the house and is a happy space, with plenty of daylight filtering through the french doors leading to the garden. The house is set back from a main road, so it’s easy to locate and just a short distance from Warrington town centre. There is parking available directly in front of the house and nearby there is easy access to public transport links.
