Our wine cellar, inside the villa, is available for guests to taste our wines and our extra virgin olive oil - both of which we export abroad and across Italy.

Part of the villa is a 11000 m2 fenced plot with a garden area inside with centenary oaks, tables and chairs in the shade of the trees, a playground for both adults - ping pong, table football, tam-tam - and small children - mini slide, mini tunnel, rocking table.
A dirt road and steps lead to a fountain with spring water, an orchard and a small wood.

Breakfast is not served at the villa, but we recommend the nearby historic center of Montefiascone, inside the ancient village, under the large basilica of Santa Margherita, where you can have a good breakfast or you can order a takeaway!

Old, ex academics, who moved to Italy as early retirees, partied and travelled back and forth to Sydney.
Got bored with our indolent life-style, were persuaded to rent out our home, while away, to a violinist performing at the Spoleto festival.
Took it from there. That was year 2003 !
Never looked back.
Now, we offer many villas and apts, all selected for their beauty and location!
It means we can talk ad nauseam to anyone who will listen about the fairy tale place in which we live.....

Arrivals and departures on Saturday.
Prices include water, electricity, aircon (inc consumption of 20 kilowatts per day) - this is the amount of aircon used when doors and windows are shut. You will be charged extra if you use more by leaving doors and windows open.
Gas is included in June, July, Aug and Sept - in other months, there may be an extra charge, according to your metered usage - please enquire if this could be an issue for you.
Wifi available throughout and external to the villa.
Extra single beds can be added in the larger double rooms - please enquire if you need more beds.
There is an espresso coffee machine with pods in each of the 4 apts.
Large ready to use BBQ in grounds.
One of the three fireplaces is also ready to use.
Pool towels inc in the rate.

We recommend the nearby historic center of Montefiascone, under the large basilica of Santa Margherita. OR, you can order a takeaway!
