If you want to enjoy the sights of the city of Split, only 10km away from the apartment, you can approach the bus station which is 3min away from the apartment or by car.
The total surface area is 600m2 and the villa consists of ground floor and 2 upper floors. The apartments have their own private parking, which consists of 5 parking places connected to the main road.
The villa is located on the first row by the sea and has a beautiful spacious yard where details of the nightlight give a special note. The exterior scales, which connect all the apartments, each with a separate entrance, lead to a beautiful green oasis with two palm trees that provide extra specialty. Also, stairs leads to the exit on the pebble beach.
Each apartment has a balcony with beautiful sea view whose colors are particularly pronounced at sunset. On the balcony there is a table and chairs, for those who like to eat outdoors or who like to relax with the noise of the sea, reading their favorite book or with a glass of wine.

Upon entering the apartment, a hall leads you to a dining table with chairs and bench, as well as to the spacious living room where the green shelves give an extra dose of specialty. The living room as well as one bedroom, which has its own makeup table and its own bathroom, are connected with a green garden. The beautiful grey and white kitchen consists of a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and ice maker. The apartment consists of four bedrooms which all have a spacious double bed with nightstands and a TV. In the hall, which comes to the exit of the kitchen, there is one bathroom and toilet and other three bedrooms, one of them has its own bathroom and a makeup table. All rooms have air conditioning. The bathroom consists of a wash machine, hair dryer, and towels.

Apartment is only few steps away from the large and spacious beach on the beautiful adriatic sea. On the beach you can find chairs and umbrellas so you can spend all day on the beach.
