21 Above Town is a lovely duplex apartment, boasting fantastic river views across to Kingswear, in the town of Dartmouth. The property has three bedrooms; a king-size double, a second--floor double with en-suite shower room and a second floor twin, sleeping six guests. There is a family bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, a kitchen and a living/dining room with electric fire and a balcony. There is garage parking available for one car. 21 Above Town is a lovely base for exploring the South Devon AONB.
Amenities: Electric heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD Player, Newly carpeted lounge and new sofa suite. FreeSat and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Garage parking for 1 car- (Length 15ft by height 5ft 10" by width 7ft). Balcony with seating. Sorry, no pets.
