Villa Mirada 1 and Villa Mirada 2 are two 5 bedroom luxury villas in the Kalamar bay area of Kalkan, offering high quality, stylish and spacious accommodation for up to 10 guests. Each villa is identical; the clever architecture and contemporary interiors have created a design that connects much of the interior space with the sea and mountain views, giving light filled attractive spaces both inside and out. The terraces which are generous in size and of a unique design, include a large infinity pool, plus jacuzzi and shallow pool area. There are stunning views from the pool and terrace areas of each property. The outside dining area where you can enjoy al fresco meals, is located next to the kitchen area for easy access. A raised terrace with large gazebo and retractable roof offers comfortable seating to relax and take in the surroundings. Ground Floor
The hallway opens to an L-shaped open plan living area that comprises of a fully equipped fitted kitchen, and dining table with seating to comfortably seat 10. The lounge has sliding glass doors to the front of the living area and provide spectacular views and a feeling when open of an extended living space outside to the swimming pool terrace. Also located on the ground floor is one of the five bedrooms. It is a double en-suite with a small terrace and garden area and partial sea views.
A floating staircase to the back leads to the first floor.

First Floor
There are 3 bedrooms on this floor, two king size doubles and a twin. All have en-suite bathrooms, sea views, fitted storage and glass doors to balconies. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Top Floor
The top floor bedroom is a king size with en-suite bathroom and extensive roof terrace space with open panoramic sea and mountain views that are out of this world..

Outside
Villa Mirada 1 and Villa Mirada 2 sit on a larger than average plot offering plenty of outside space which you would expect in a luxury villa. Outside terraces and the infinity pool are also generous and well thought out. To the side of the property ( looking out to sea ) a raised terrace is furnished with a seating area and equipped with a large gazebo with retractable fabric roof. This area can be enjoyed in full shade or sun. There are small planted garden areas to the rear and side of each property.
